Устройство для создания возвратно-поступательного движения содержит первую и вторую части, рабочую камеру и клапанный блок. Первая и вторая части устройства выполнены с возможностью перемещения друг относительно друга в осевом направлении. Рабочая камера выполнена с возможностью повышения в ней давления для перемещения указанных первой и второй частей устройства друг относительно друга или снижения в ней давления. Первая часть устройства имеет первый канал для подачи рабочей текучей среды в рабочую камеру. Вторая часть устройства имеет второй канал для выпуска текучей среды из рабочей камеры. Клапанный блок содержит клапанные затворы, установленные с возможностью перемещения относительно первой и второй частей устройства, и средства управления, присоединенные по меньшей мере к одному из двух клапанных затворов. Клапанные затворы отделены друг от друга в осевом направлении для обеспечения отделения входа текучей среды в рабочую камеру из первого канала от выхода текучей среды из рабочей камеры во второй канал. При этом клапанный блок обеспечивает управление потоком текучей среды в первом и втором каналах в зависимости от относительного положения первой и второй частей устройства, а также управление повышением давления в рабочей камере. A linear actuator includes a ram and a piston separated by a column of hydraulic fluid in a housing. Upward movement of the ram in the housing first seals a finite quantity of hydraulic fluid in the housing cavity. Continued upward ram movement then causes the piston, and hydraulic fluid beneath it, to move upwardly into a sealed gas chamber to compress a gas and create a source of potential energy. Release of the force moving the ram upwardly permits the compressed gas above the piston to expel the hydraulic fluid from the chamber against the ram thereby converting the potential energy in the compressed gas into kinetic energy in the ram. The hydraulic fluid bears directly against the ram to provide the working stroke of the impact device without the effect of metal fatigue from direct contact between the piston and ram. A recoilless hammer comprising a moil supported for reciprocal movement along a hammer axis of a housing, a piston moveable within the chamber of an elongate tube extending from the rear of the housing such that it may strike the moil. In a rest position the piston is held forward against the moil by a low pressure air supply delivered from the aft end of the chamber, and the piston is retracted to a charged position at the aft end of the chamber by delivery of high pressure air to act on the fore portion of the piston. Upon actuation of a trigger mechanism, air is vented from the fore end of the chamber to atmosphere causing a pressure unbalance of low magnitude across the piston, such that it accelerates towards and strikes the moil. The chamber is of a length to enable a high energy blow with minimal piston acceleration recoil when the hammer is manually held and operated.

Выполнен П 17 может быть с ограничительным по ском, При выполнении БУ 3 с первой ступенью П 17 выполнен с диаметром внутренней поверхности , ответным диаметру этой ступени , выполненной длиной,по величине не меньшей длины П 17 до ограничительного по ска. Шток Б 4 может быть выполнен с проточкой, ширина которой по величине больше ширины ограничительного по ска П 17. При выполнении БУ 3 со второй ступенью П 17 выполн етс  с ответной этой ступени расточкой. При отскоке Б 4 после удара по инструменту 2 И. 17 продолжает движение вниз и преп тствует возникновению кавитации в НК 7. With impact piston travelling on, pressure in operating fluid second chamber increases. Justus ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hydraulic impact device in which a hammer member having a piston portion is reciprocally disposed in a cylinder, a reciprocating sleeve valve is disposed within the cylinder and surrounds the hammer member. The sleeve valve has a first peripheral seal with an upper portion of the cylinder and a second peripheral seal with the lower portion of the cylinder so that an annular cavity is formed between the first and the second peripheral seals. The bottom portion of the sleeve valve forms a single seal with the upper portion of the piston section. A pressure relief valve is situated between the inlet to said annular cavity and an annular cavity below the piston portion to insure that the pressure in said annular cavity is greater than the pressure in the cavity below the piston portion and the sleeve valve thus effecting a sealing force between the sleeve valve and the upper face of the piston portion. An energy storage means is provided for receiving energy from said ram member during its upward stroke. The upper and lower sealing portions of said sleeve valve are axially spaced such that when said lower sealing portion seals a fluid inlet port, the upper sealing portion opens a fluid outlet port thereby reducing the pressure in said annular cavity by interrupting a fluid communication between the inlet port and said annular cavity and establishing fluid communication between the outlet port and said annular cavity.
