A bale and module wrap cutting system and method can include a bed with rollers that move a wrapped bale from an entrance, passing two cutting devices, such as circular saws, and then passing the bale over a husking devices that utilizes two or more rotating conveyors having protruding cleats that peel a cut section of the wrap enclosing the bale and discard the cut section below the bed. The bale and module wrap cutting system can be mounted on a trailer to be easily transported. The bale may contain agricultural products such as cotton, hay, or grass. 1. A bale cutting system , comprising:a bed configured to move a bale having a length L and a width W from an entrance portion of the bed towards an exit portion of the bed;a first cutting device movably coupled to a first side portion of the bed through a first arm;a second cutting device movably coupled to a second side portion of the bed through a second arm, the second cutting device being positioned approximately opposite the first cutting device; anda plurality of cleats positioned between the first and second cutting devices and the exit portion, wherein the plurality of cleats are coupled to a plurality of conveyors configured to rotate against the movement of the bale.2. The bale cutting system of claim 1 , wherein the first and second cutting devices are configured to cut a drop section of a wrap enclosing at least some of the bale by cutting the wrap at a cutting height.3. An apparatus for cutting tires comprises a frame (1), an accommodation zone (2) intended to receive a tire (31) to be cut, lateral holding means (5, 6) for a tire, a detector (4) capable of detecting a central zone of a tire (31), blades (7) mounted to slide between a separated position of disengagement of the tread and a working position in which they penetrate into the sidewall (32) of a tire, and a control (9) ensuring that the blades (7) penetrate into the side walls (32) of the tire (31) only when they are above its tread (33). The lateral holding means (5, 6) comprise a vertically sliding jaw (6) capable of pressing against the bead (34) of a tire (31) and a part (5) with two branches (37) each bearing a wheel (38) capable of coming into contact with an inner surface (35) of the tread (33) of a tire, the jaw (6) and the part (5) being diametrically opposed relative to the inner circumference of a tire. The blades (7), when they are in working position, penetrate into the side walls (32) of a tire (31) received between the two branches (37) so as to stabilize the cutting zone.

Methods and equipment for cutting products, including food products. Such equipment includes an impeller adapted to be coaxially mounted within an annular-shaped cutting head for rotation about an axis of the cutting head in a rotational direction relative to the cutting head. The impeller includes a base and ring spaced axially from each other, at least a first intermediate plate disposed between the base and the ring so as to define at least first and second tier levels within the impeller, and paddles disposed between the base and the ring and within the first and second tier levels. A food product cutting apparatus having a chassis designed and configured for onboard pusher/blade-cartridge set storage. The food product cutting apparatus is designed and configured so that one food product pusher can be readily swapped out for another food product pusher and so that the corresponding blade cartridges can be swapped. A method for producing a knife assembly for a food cutting apparatus includes providing a clamp, by use of a grinding process, with an inwardly corrugated shape which is complementary to that of a knife blade of the assembly, and which forms a clamping surface which, when the knife assembly is in a clamped state, tightly fits over the knife blade, the fit being such that particles of food product being cut by means of the knife assembly are prevented from entering in between the clamp and the knife blade. 2. The wound perforated strip is advanced along the cooled mandrel. A layer of adhesive is applied onto an outer surface of the wound perforated strip. A strip of composite cover material is helically wrapped about the wound strip and over the layer of adhesive, the outer surface of the composite cover material comprising a pile fabric, and the inner surface of the composite cover material comprising thermoplastic. A compressive force is applied upon the composite cover material to urge the composite cover material, the layer of adhesive and strip of thermoplastic material together against the cooled mandrel, thereby laminating the inner surface of the composite cover material to the outer surface of the strip. A method of making a composite cover material is also disclosed.
