According to the present invention, disclosed is a heating circuit for a steering wheel which can control heating on the whole part of the steering wheel. The heating circuit according to the present invention is for heating the steering wheel comprising a wood part and a leather part. The heating circuit of the present invention includes a wood part hot wire formed in an even shape on an outer circumference of the wood part and a leather part hot wire formed in an even shape on an outer circumference of the leather part. The hot wire of the wood part has a structure where a wood part upper plate hot wire and a wood part lower plate hot wire are in parallel. The wood part hot wire and the leather part hot wire have a temperature sensor to prevent overheating of each hot wire, and comprise a hot wire control part which maintains a proper temperature through the temperature sensor. Therefore, the present invention provides can heat the whole part of the steering wheel, by installing a hot wire heater in the leather part and the wood part of the steering wheel, and installing a unit to operate a partial heater, respectively. Moreover, the present invention can secure stability of the heating system, by operating the temperature sensing sensor as to the hot wire installed in the leather part and the wood part of the steering wheel, respectively.
