The present invention provides the ferritic stainless steel with excellent intergranular corrosion resistance capable of fixating carbon inside a steel material by forming a grain and a Mo-Si-Mn-C based compound around the grain by adding Mo, Si, and Mn with a carbon affinity lower than Cr together and preventing intergranular corrosion by preventing the concentration of Cr generated in the grain and exhaustion caused by the same.
