... 본 발명은 시멘트용 폐 마그네시아-스피넬 벽돌의 정제방법에 관한 발명으로, 폐 마그네시아-스피넬 벽돌을 원료로 수거하여 슬래그를 제거하는 원료선별단계(S10)와, 선별된 원료를 처리수에 침지하여 불순불 및 가스를 배출하는 수처리단계(S20)와, 수처리된 원료를 건조로로 이송하여 수분 및 잔여 가스를 증발하는 건조단계(S30)와, 건조된 원료를 분쇄하여 6mm 이하 입도의 원료를 수득하는 분쇄단계(S40)와, 수득한 원료와, 1.2mm 이하 입도의 마그네시아-카본질 폐 내화재 원료를 동일 중량비로 혼합하여 탈탄장치(100)에 투입하고 1300 내지 1600℃ 온도에서 12시간 동안 가열하여 카본을 산화하는 탈탄단계(S50)와, 상기 탈탄단계(S50)를 마친 후 탈탄장치(100)에 질소를 주입하여 3 내지 5시간 동안 탈탄된 원료를 냉각하는 냉각단계(S60)와, 냉각된 원료에서 이물질을 입도 분리로 선별하여 MgO 내화원료를 수득하는 입도분리단계(S70)로 이루어진 정제방법 및 상기 정제방법에 사용되는 탈탄장치와 그에 의해 제조하는 MgO 내화원료를 구성함에 따라 자원을 재활용하여 효율적으로 고순도의 산화마그네슘 내화원료를 제조하는 것이 특징이다.
