The present disclosure relates to a catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of butane, a preparation method thereof, and a method of producing butadiene using the same, and more specifically, to a reaction catalyst used in oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of butane, as a metal oxide represented by chemical formula 1, A_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4, a preparation method of the catalyst, and a method of producing butadiene using the catalyst. In chemical formula 1, A is one or more selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ra, Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Fe(II), Mg, Mn, Co, Ni, Al, Cr, Si, V, Ga, In, La and Ce, and x satisfies 0 <= x < 1.
