Alternatively it can be of angular section, with a first horizontal flange (9a), and a second (9b) sloping downwards from the first, which forms the support. The channel shaped member may have a plurality of openings 44a, 44b such that the blow moulded member forms a retention bulb 50a, 50b around the opening to mechanically bond the two parts together.
