Ролик тормозной для роликовых гравитационных конвейеров

Техническим результатом предлагаемой полезной модели является устранение недостатков прототипа, а именно повышение надежности работы мультипликатора путем ограничения попадания продуктов износа фрикционной пары центробежного тормоза в мультипликатор, а также дополнительно снижение нагрева и уменьшение абразивного износа фрикционной пары центробежного тормоза при торможениях путем ее охлаждения и удаления продуктов износа принудительной продувкой воздухом. Для достижения технического результата - повышения надежности работы мультипликатора - предлагается ограничить попадание продуктов износа фрикционной пары центробежного тормоза в мультипликатор путем установки промежуточного фланца на выходной вращающейся шестерне мультипликатора между мультипликатором и центробежным тормозом.
