Twin pipe lines connected, one to supply fluid from a dispensing apparatus and the other to convey to a pressure gauge 12 the pressure attained in the apparatus supplied, are housed on a spring-biased reel 20 which retracts the pipe lines into the dispensing apparatus when not in use. In the construction illustrated the pipe lines 13, 14 are co-axial and the reel 20 is biased by a spring drum 25. The spring 24 within the drum is anchored at one end to a collar 26 fast with the fixed shaft 21 on which the reel and spring drum are mounted and at the other end to the peripheral wall 27 of the drum. The initial bias in the spring can be adjusted by turning the peripheral wall 27 relatively to the cheeks 29 of the drum, the bias being transmitted to the cheeks by a pawl 30 engaging projections 31 on the wall 27. According to one aspect of the present invention, a hydrogen gas filling method includes receiving, from a vehicle equipped with a tank to be filled with hydrogen gas and powered by the hydrogen gas, a temperature of the tank before a start of filling; calculating a difference between a preset maximum temperature and the temperature of the tank; calculating a filling speed of the hydrogen gas depending on the difference; and filling the hydrogen gas from an accumulator in which the hydrogen gas is accumulated into the tank at the filling speed calculated via a measuring machine. 1. A hydrogen gas filling method comprising:receiving, from a vehicle equipped with a tank to be filled with hydrogen gas and powered by the hydrogen gas, a temperature of the tank before a start of filling;calculating a difference between a preset maximum temperature and the temperature of the tank;calculating a filling speed of the hydrogen gas depending on the difference; andfilling the hydrogen gas from an accumulator in which the hydrogen gas is accumulated into the tank at the filling speed calculated via a measuring machine.2. The method according to claim 1 , whereinthe filling speed is calculated by using a relation expression or a relation table between the difference depending on a supply temperature of the hydrogen gas supplied via the measuring machine and a filling speed.3. The method according to claim 2 , whereinthe relation expression is an approximate expression in which a correlation between the difference and a filling speed is represented by a polynomial of second order or higher.4. The method according to claim 1 , whereinwhen the temperature of the tank before the start of filling is received, a pressure of the tank before the start of filling is also received, andthe filling speed depends on the pressure of the tank before the start of filling.5. The method according to claim 1 , whereinthe filling speed depends on an outside air temperature.6. The method according to ...
