本发明涉及一种高水溶性含微量元素多聚磷酸铵‑硫酸钾“药肥一体化”农用化学品的制备方法。解决的技术问题是提高原有肥料的微量元素含量,将有机农药嵌入到多聚磷酸铵分子中,实现“药肥一体化”。反应过程是将按照一定质量配比的85%磷酸、磷酸二氢铵、尿素、硫酸钾和微量元素硝酸盐加入到反应釜内,在釜内混合溶解,搅拌均匀;搅拌下使反应釜升温至110℃,反应5分钟,再升高温度到120℃反应10分钟;待反应完成以后使反应釜内温度逐步降低至40℃,将0.5mol/L的农药(杀虫剂或除草剂)加入到样品中,搅拌5分钟,同时用稀磷酸溶液吸收反应产生的氨气,即可得到本发明的产物。
