The method includes forming the adhesive by mixing together the first and second mixtures. There is further provided a method of manufacturing a composite product comprising mixing together a waste material with the adhesive to form the composite product thereby. In one example, approximately one part by weight of the adhesive is mixed with approximately four parts by weight of the waste material.

The acrylic panel of claim 1 , wherein the one or more acrylic sheets block about 98% of the ultraviolet radiation from passing therethrough.3. Disclosed is a coating method using particle alignment, including preparing a cohesive polymer substrate having a smooth surface; and coating the smooth surface of the cohesive polymer substrate with a plurality of particles while forming recesses respectively corresponding to the particles on the smooth surface of the cohesive polymer substrate by pressing the particles to the cohesive polymer substrate, so that binding properties between the particles and the cohesive polymer substrate are enhanced. 1. A coating method using particle alignment , comprising:preparing a cohesive polymer substrate; andcoating the cohesive polymer substrate with a plurality of particles by pressing the particles to the cohesive polymer substrate to form a coating layer on the cohesive polymer substrate.2. The coating method of claim 1 , wherein the coating is performed while forming recesses respectively corresponding to the particles on the cohesive polymer substrate.3. The coating method of claim 1 , wherein the coating is performed in such a manner that the particles are pressed by rubbing the particles.4. Disclosed is a method for mechanically anchoring polymers on the surface of a porous substrate by trapping polymer chains within the pores of the substrate under capillary forces. Surface modification of the porous substrate is achieved by anchoring one end of the polymer chains within the pores while one or more other ends of the polymer chains dangle from the surface of the porous substrate. The method provides a unique way of modifying the surface of a material without chemical reactions or precursor-substrate interactions. 1.
