Использование: в обработке металлов давлением при изготовлении свеклорезных ножей для измельчения сырья при производстве сахара. Сущность изобретения: заготовку, полученную путем вырубки из листа, нагревают и помещают в штамп. Штамп состоит из двух инструментов с параллельно расположенными на рабочей поверхности выступами треугольного поперечного сечения, имеющими скос на одном из торцев. Выступы одного инструмента смещены относительно выступов другого на величину, равную половине шага режущих граней ножа. Формообразование производят на прессе за один его ход в два этапа. На первом этапе заготовку консольно зажимают в зоне державки ножа. На первом этапе заготовке придают ступенчатый продольный профиль, соответствующий окончательным размерам ножа. Одновременно в зоне режущей части ножа формируют зигзагообразный поперечный рельеф с равномерными припусками под фрезерование режущих граней. 4 ил.

Устройство включает ножевую раму с регулировочной планкой, установленные в ней рассекающие свеклу ножи и срезающие стружку ножи с треугольной формой режущей кромки. Каждый рассекающий нож имеет форму прямоугольного треугольника. Эти ножи укреплены в несколько рядов на отдельной пластине таким образом, что острый угол ножа расположен навстречу потоку свеклы. Рассекающие ножи в каждом ряду смещены относительно ножей другого ряда на величину заданного шага, а расстояние между ножами одного ряда равно величине шага, умноженного на число рядов. Срезающий нож укреплен в раме с высотой подъема, обеспечивающей заданную форму поперечного сечения стружки. Устройство обеспечивает получение качественной стружки заданных размеров. 5 ил.

Such a clamping assembly may include a knife holder, a knife supported on a surface of the knife holder, and a clamp that clamps the knife to the knife holder. The clamp has a knife-engaging portion and a base portion. A cam rod applies a clamping load to the clamp to secure the knife to the knife holder. The cam rod has a camming surface that engages the base portion of the clamp when the cam rod is rotated to a clamping position to clamp the knife against the knife holder, and a radial concavity sized to accommodate the base portion of the clamp such that the base portion is loosely received within the radial concavity when the radial concavity faces the clamp in an open position thereof. 1. 本发明提供一种食品切片装置,包括:一壳体、一马达、一切片模块及一调整件。所述切片模块位于壳体的处理腔体内并受马达驱动而旋转,将经由壳体的进料口进入处理腔体的食品进行切片。切片模块具有一刀座及一转盘,且刀座设有至少一刀片。调整件则用以推动转盘,使转盘可相对刀座进行轴向平移而使被切片的食物形成不同的厚度。刀座具有一刀座轴,转盘具有一轮毂及一限位件,刀座轴可轴向移动地设于轮毂内,而限位件设于轮毂而用以限制刀座轴,使其无法脱离轮毂。
