A clothes hanger, specially for drying articles made of stretchable material, consists of a horizontal tube of 3 cm dia., or of two of them side-by-side, with two hooks so that they can be hung from a clothes line. Traditional laundry drying hanger covers would either restrict wind flow or have problems where the lower portions thereof would be lifted up by the wind. These issues are due to a lack of space between the laundry being dried and the cover, the lower portions being too unrestricted, and the top surface being designed to have the same size and shape as the frame of a hanger.
