The present invention comprises an effective manufactured insulation and ventilating assembly that can insulate a structure, usually in roofing or exterior wall applications, from conductive, convective and radiant heat. Slits are provided on a rectangular board panel comprising two or more layers of a hard material and a soft material. Composite building panels and a method for manufacturing a composite building panel are disclosed. A preferred embodiment of a composite building panel comprises a cold rolled steel frame and at least one reinforcing stud. The stud of the preferred embodiment is located within the space defined by the frame and coupled to the frame at the stud's base. The exemplary stud comprises two flanges extending from the base. The flanges of the preferred stud each have a lip at an end distal to the base bent toward each other. Experiments show that the lips on the flanges of the reinforcing studs significantly increase the structural strength of a composite building panel. An alternate preferred embodiment of another composite building panel comprises two boards and at least one reinforcing stud. Способ изготовления тонкостенных многослойных силовых панелей, включающий формирование системы спиральных и кольцевых ребер силового набора намоткой гибкого волокнистого материала на матрицу, размещенную на оправке, последующее формирование обшивочного слоя намоткой гибкого волокнистого материала, поверх силового набора, отверждение связующего и снятие панели с оправки, отличающийся тем, что на оправке из сухого волокнистого материала формируют первый обшивочный слой, на котором из материала, обладающего возможностью трансформации формы и/или объема, создают матрицу с пазами, предназначенными для формирования силового набора панели, формируют ребра силового набора намоткой в зазоры между матрицами гибкого сухого волокнистого материала, после чего на них формируют второй сухой обшивочный слой; а формирование последующих слоев осуществляют в аналогичном порядке; после завершения процесса сухой намотки и/или выкладки волокнистого материала, всю сборку для пропитки помещают в ложемент под герметичную пленку, из-под которой откачивают воздух и этим создают вакуум, под действием которого всасывается связующее и производится равномерная пропитка; затем осуществляют отверждение связующего, а после завершения процесса, обеспечивают доступ ко всем замкнутым объемам конструкционной панели. A modular construction system utilizes building components or panels formed of high strength plasticized concrete. Panels are formed with two or more linear peripheral edges fitted with mortises. FRP pultruded tenons are used to connect aligned mortises for adjacent panels. Walls, crown beams and roof panels can be so formed and assembled. Hollow corrugated panels are suitable for forming beams and interior partitions. Beams can be rested on regularly spaced piles and then floor panels on the beams, walls on the floor panels, crown beams on the walls and roof panels on the crown beams, buildings can be erected with a minimum of tools or specialized knowledge. The resulting structure is substantially impervious to environmental hazards, particularly relevant in more primitive locations.
