Pressverbindungen stellen hohe Anforderungen an die Fügeteile. Durch das Gestalten eines Fügeteils als verfügbares Kalibrierwerkzeug, kann ein separater Fertigungsschritt, nämlich das Kalibrieren, mit dem Einpressen zusammenfallen. Vorteilhafterweise kann ferner die Kraftstreuung und/oder das Kraftniveau des Einpressvorgangs deutlich reduziert werden. Dies wird durch eine radiale, im Wesentlichen ringförmige Erhebung erzielt, wobei die Erhebung im ungefügten Zustand unbelastet ist und im gefügten Zustand in Radialrichtung eine kalibrierende Verformung verursacht.

Mittels eines rotierenden Spannfutters (35) mit Zustellbacken mit frei rotierbaren Rollierrollen wird ein Abschnitt der Funktionswelle (11) rolliert und damit aufgeweitet und anschliessend wird das Funktionselement auf diesen rollierten Abschnitt aufgepresst. Die Funktionswelle (11) bleibt während des gesamten Fügeprozesses drehfest mit einem Einpressstempel (27) gekoppelt. Für die Fügeoperation wird die Durchgangsbohrung des Funktionselements und die Längsachse der Funktionswelle (11) in die koaxiale Lage gebracht, dabei sind die Funktionselemente schon in der gewünschten Winkellage angeordnet. Zudem beschreibt die Erfindung die nötigen Verfahrensschritte wie mehrere Funktionselemente auf eine Funktionswelle (11) aufgepresst werden.

The invention relates to a method for the production of a shaft-hub connection. A toothed or splined shaft with external teeth, is engaged in an internal spline of a hub with some play and with teeth in recesses and the external teeth of the shaft are pressed into the internal toothing of the hub. A method comprising the steps of:unwinding a first segment of sheet material from a first roll of sheet material mounted on a frame adjacent a first end of the frame to position the first segment in a generally horizontal orientation, wherein the first segment of sheet material has first and second opposed edges;unwinding a second segment of sheet material from a second roll of sheet material mounted on the frame adjacent a second opposed end of the frame to position the second segment over the first segment such that first and second opposed edges of the second segment are respectively adjacent the first and second edges of the first segment; andseaming the first and second sheet segments together along the first edges of the first and second segments to form a two-segment sheet.2. A scaffolding clip and a scaffolding clip applicator tool are provided for fastening a web, such as a retaining mesh, to a scaffolding pole. During use a preferred method includes holding the fastening clip with the applicator, locating the web between the pole and the fastening clip, piercing the web with opposed ends of the clip and disengaging the applicator from the clip. In order to subsequently remove the clip from the pole a loop of the clip is engaged by a catch of the applicator and levered from the pole with a heel of the applicator that extends from opposite the catch and acts as a fulcrum. 1. A battery module for an electric vehicle includes an auxiliary power module (APM) and at least one battery pack assembly. A method and system for mounting and adjusting a vehicle door rotatably connected to a vehicle body by upper and lower hinges with hinge holes. The upper and lower hinges are positioned to the vehicle body and the vehicle door by aligning the hinge holes to corresponding receiving holes. A robotic arm assembly includes a first arm and second arm coupled by a shaft and bearing assembly, forming a joint at which the first arm rotates about a joint axis. The bearing assembly includes angular contact cartridge bearings contacting corresponding angled surfaces of the assembly, and a bearing cap. The shaft is attached to the first arm, extends through the second arm, and is attached to the bearing cap such that the bearing assembly is axially compressed between the bearing cap and the first arm. The bearing assembly may include components for preloading the bearing assembly and enabling components to self-align during assembly.
