This invention discloses a rotating mechanism and an electronic device. The rotating mechanism includes a base assembly, a rotator assembly, and a riveting gasket. The base assembly is riveted to the riveting gasket; the rotator assembly is sheathed to the base assembly, the riveting gasket restricts the rotator assembly onto the base assembly, and the rotator assembly can rotate against the base assembly around an axial direction; and the rotator assembly includes at least one elastomer, a concave-convex structure on the base assembly engages with a concave-convex structure on the elastomer to fix the rotator assembly and the base assembly. The total axial thickness of the rotating mechanism in this invention is very small, the outer diameter of the rotating mechanism is also very small, and therefore, the rotating mechanism fits in well with an ultra-thin electronic device.

An RFID tag comprising:an inlay having a sheet-like shape and including an antenna and an IC chip electrically connected to the antenna;an outer covering member that covers the inlay, the outer covering member having a planar shape and including a main surface and a rear surface; anda frame part arranged on at least one of the main surface and the rear surface,wherein the frame part is erected in a thickness direction of the outer covering member, wherein the frame part surrounds the IC chip in a plan view.2. Composite cards formed in accordance with the invention include a security layer comprising a hologram or diffraction grating formed at, or in, the center, or core layer, of the card. The hologram may be formed by embossing a designated area of the core layer with a diffraction pattern and depositing a thin layer of metal on the embossed layer. Additional layers may be selectively and symmetrically attached to the top and bottom surfaces of the core layer. A radio frequency identification (RFID) device has multiple modes of operation. One of the modes of operation is an electronic article surveillance (EAS) mode, which is used to allow use of the RFID device as an EAS device. Another mode of operation is an RFID mode, which allows normal function of the RFID device in RFID communications. The EAS mode has greater sensitivity than the RFID mode, requires less power than the RFID mode to operate the device, and requires less current and/or voltage for operation. The EAS mode may achieve these different characteristics by one or more of: switching off some digital blocks in the circuitry of the RFID device; reducing power storage required to respond to incoming signals; reducing the length of response to incoming signals; reducing modulation required for a response; changing chip input impedance; and having multiple chip ports with different impedances. 1.
