[Class 15 (ii)] In the production of green dyeings with the use of blue and yellow direct dyes, fastness of the dyeings to light is obtained by the use of a yellow component containing, as a constituent at least once, a copper complex of an azo dyestuff obtained by coupling a diazotized oaminocarboxylic acid with a compound containing an enolisable keto group. Examples relate to the dyeing of cotton or of viscose or cuprammonium artificial silk from dyebaths containing (1) as blue component the trisazo dyestuff, aniline-2:5-disulphonic acid# 1:7- aminonaphthalenesulphonic acid# 1-aminonaphthalene# (alkaline)-2- phenylamino-5- naphthol-7-sulphonic acid, and as yellow component the copper complex of the azo dyestuff obtained by condensing 4-amino-41-hydroxyazo-benzene-3<SP>1</SP>-carboxylic acid (1 mol.), aniline (1 mol.) and the primary condensation product from cyanuryl chloride (1 mol.) and the monoazo product (1 mol.) anthranilic acid# 1 - (4<SP>11</SP>-amino-21:2<SP>11</SP>-disulphostilbenyl)-3-methyl- 5-pyrazolone (cf. Specification 503,609), (2) as blue component (a) the oxazine dyestuff obtained by sulphonating the product of the action of heat on 2:5-di-(N-ethylcarbazolyl-3<SP>1</SP>- amino)-3:6-dichloro-1:4-benzoquinone, cf. Specification 313,094, [Class 2 (iii)], or (b) a sulphonated copper phthalocyanine and as yellow component the copper complex of the product of the action of phosgene on the monoazo compound, anthranilic acid# 1-(4<SP>11</SP>-amino-2<SP>1</SP>:2<SP>11</SP>- disulphostilbenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. The fastness of the dyeings to water may be improved by an after-treatment with salts of basic compounds of high molecular weight. Specification 5383/09, [Class 2 (iii)], is referred to.
