Реферат: Benzoilguanidinas sustituidas en posición orto de la fórmula (I), en la que R(1) hasta R(4) tienen los significados indicados en la memoria descriptiva,son apropiadas como medicamentos antiarrítmicos con una componente cardioprotectora para la profilaxis del infarto y el tratamiento del infarto,así como para el tratamiento de la angina de pecho. Estas inhiben también preventivamente los procesos patofisiológicos al formarse lesiones inducidasisquémicamente, especialmente en elcaso de la provocación de arritmias cardíacas inducidas isquémicamente.
