Classes 20(iii) and 20(iv) Walls, ceilings, partitions or like structures comprising building boards, sheets of metal or glass are formed by securing boards 30 or sheets to a frame structure consisting of H-section members 19 by means of T-section strips 26. The edges of glass sheets are received in a rubber strip of channel-section and metal sheets all provided with a reversed edge to increase their width to the thickness of the boards 30. A partition as shown in Fig. 2 comprises an H-section member 19 secured to the floor 31 and is adapted to receive a skirting board 33. A wall may be modified as shown in Fig. 4 to receive a door jamb 38 and as shown in Fig. 8 to accommodate a window, the space between the inner and outer walls being closed by a sill member 45.
