Реферат: ORAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING CYCLOSPORIN AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING SAME Abstract The invention relates to therapeutically usable novel oral solutions, containing cyclosporin as active ingredient, which possess advantageous absorption characteristics. The invention also relates to a process for preparing these solutions. The solutions according to the invention comprise 1 part by mass of one or more cyclosporin(s) dissolved in a mixture containing 4 to 50 parts by volume of propylene glycol, 0 to 25 parts by volume of ethanol and 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of a polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene block polymer in homogenized state. Based on examinations carried out at 100 °C, the stability of solutions prepared according to the invention does not differ from that of the commercially available Sandimmun oral solution.
