Реферат: The hydraulic control system supplies the fluid from a pressure source via a flow control valve (16) to a vessel, a consumer unit or a brake cylinder (46) under control of a pedal unit (95,97). A current of control fluid tapped off from the control valve is throttled or interrupted, a brake pressure being generated in the control system. The latter also incorporates a spring-loaded plunger (77,84) and a pilot valve (49) whose plug (49A) is thrust against its seat (63) by pressure generated by the pedal. A small plunger (69) under the pressure in the brake cylinder acts on the plug in the opening direction, its diameter being smaller than that of the seat. When the pedal is operated, control fluid flow is throttled by the plug to an increasing degree, moving the control valve slide (15) into a position in which fluid flows to the cylinder. The diameter of the plunger (77) on which the spring (84) acts is greater than that of the valve seat (63). ADVANTAGE - Accurate control of pilot valve with consequent brake operation in small stages and no shock.
Hydraulic steered storage chamber valve for use in hydraulic vehicle brake system, has plunger that reaches through feedthrough and closing element and feedthrough provided with cross-section, in which valve seat is equipped
