Carriers for loads are disclosed, especially beach use, e.g. as beach carriers or for transporting kayaks or canoes. A foldable assembly of two elongate members ( 1, 2 ) forms a frame, the two members being pivotally connected at one end ( 3 ), and their other ends carrying wheels ( 10, 11 ). A support strap ( 6 ) or foldable support between the elongate members, and the members themselves, forms a stable base for the load, and the wheels ( 10, 11 ) enable it to be pushed or pulled along. Preferably the wheels ( 10, 11 ) are hemispherical with their axes of rotation inclined downwardly and outwardly with respect to the elongate load.

An idler wheel assembly, for example a rear idler wheel assembly, for a snowmobile and includes at least one cross-member that permits load transfer and possible load damping as between a pair of rear idler wheels. The cross-member may be configured to transfer lateral loads, bending loads and other types of loads between the idler wheels. The cross-member is arranged between the wheels in such a manner that it is free to rotate with the idler wheels without interference to or from other structure of a skid frame assembly of the snowmobile. In one embodiment, each idler wheel includes a cross-member that extends inward to connect to the other wheel.

The dish holders may include top and bottom pressure pads and the distance between the pads on each individual dish holder may be user-adjustable to accommodate different sized dishes. The top and bottom pressure pads may be coupled by a gear system allowing the distance between the pads on a particular dish holder to be dynamically adjusted. 1. A dish caddy comprising:a base member;a supporting rod mounted to the base member and extending upwards from the base member;a plurality of dish holders mounted to the supporting rod;wherein each of the dish holders faces in a respective radial direction from the supporting rod; andthe respective radial direction of all the dish holders is within a range of one-hundred and eighty degrees around the supporting rod.2.
