A multimedia communications system for broadcast distribution of multimedia content to mobile terminals over a cellular network is disclosed. The disclosed system accesses content providers, receives corresponding content information associated with provider content, and broadcasts content information to user terminals. The user terminals include software and/or hardware for receiving the content information and enabling a user to subscribe to one or more content items. Once a subscription is in place for one or more content items, corresponding content IDs are sent to and stored at the terminal. The system facilitates broadcast of the content. Content IDs stored in the terminal and broadcasted content IDs are compared. Only the content associated with the matching content IDs is then downloaded to the user terminal for storage and/or presentation. Content associated with unmatched content IDs is prevented from being received. 1. A group communication method , comprising:determining, by a group communication apparatus, whether a received downlink data packet is a group communication service data packet, wherein the group communication service data packet is corresponding to a group of user equipments (UEs), the group of UEs comprise N UEs, and N is an integer that is greater than or equal to 1; andif the downlink data packet received by the group communication apparatus is the group communication service data packet, determining, by the group communication apparatus, to transmit the group communication service data packet on a physical downlink shared channel or a physical multicast channel, and controlling transmission of the group communication service data packet according to uplink feedback information fed back by M UEs in the N UEs, wherein M is an integer that is greater than or equal to 1, and 1≦M≦N.2. Certain aspects of the present disclosure propose techniques for transmission time interval (TTI) bundling for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in long term evolution (LTE). According to certain aspects a method is provided for wireless communications. The method may be performed, for example, by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes identifying a transmit time interval (TTI) bundle comprising a subset of subframes from a set of subframes for transmitting data on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and receiving the data on the PDSCH in the subset of subframes. 1. A method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE) , comprising:identifying a transmit time interval (TTI) bundle comprising a subset of subframes from a set of subframes for transmitting data on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); andreceiving the data on the PDSCH in the subset of subframes.2.
