This invention concerns a packing, in the special one for sweets, for example chocolates or the like, whereby the packing contains a container, which possesses a basis wall as well as a at least partial transparent side panel, an ornament is assigned to which, which is from the outside visible. For the packing of sweets containers from a translucent or transparent plastic are used, which are so implemented that the product included in it is to be seen from the outside. In order to lend to the container a tasteful appearance and direct the attention of the consumer toward the packing, it is usual that a decorative element is assigned to the transparent wall of the container, which is generally multicolored and a logo or a diagram can carry alternatively, whereby it reminds generally of the kind of the sweet, which is contained in it. A well-known solution in this connection consists of the fact that on the transparent wall adhesive labels are attached, which are applied generally however at the exterior of the container wall and from there slightly damaged to become to be able. Another generally used solution consists of the fact that an ornament on the transparent wall is applied with the help of a metallization system on this surface, i.e. because a thin layer of metal is laid on, which contains generally coloring materials. Although the Metallspritzverl: ahren the surface both from aesthetic view and regarding the ruggedness and the adhesive strength of the ornament is desirable, it affects the total costs of the packing substantially. It is desired from there that a new packing is supplied, which exhibits a container with at least partial transparent wall, whereby the container is suitable for the fact that it possesses both a decorative, aesthetic appearance it in addition, makes possible for the buyer that this can see the information, which concerns the kind of the product, whereby he is cost-saving and can be easily practically used. In order to achieve the purpose specified above, the subject of the invention consists of supplying a packing which possesses those characteristics, which are aforementioned in the attached requirements. Further characteristics and advantages of the packing in accordance with the invention become evident from the following detailed description of a not restrictive example and in connection with the enclosed designs, in which shows: Fig. 1 the front view of a packing in accordance with the invention; Fig. 2 the completed plan view of the decorative element, the Fig. 1 shows; and Fig. 3 the completed plan view of a decorative element according to kind of Fig. 2 in accordance with a variant. In connection with the designs the packing contains a container 2, which possesses a basis wall 4, which are generally even in accordance with the invention, as well as a side panel 6, which are at least partly transparent or translucent, whereby contents are to be seen from the outside. Generally it can concern a container out of plastic, which one receives with usual copying methods, with those two half shells, which carry the reference numbers 8 in the example and, opening at opening to be interconnected, or it can be a container, which is formed RST of a container body and an assigned cover. Generally no certain restrictions exist regarding the form of the container, which is eggly-shaped trained with the example shown, but he can take also different forms, for example the form of a bell or other more complicated forms. It is however preferred that the container possesses a base 12, which is sockelförmig trained and a close dimension possesses, of which an increased or expand side panel 6 runs. A decorative element 14 from a foil material, its completion Fig. 2 or 3 shows, is arranged in the container. The element 14 can consist of paper or cardboard, which are alternatively coated, or of a plastic foil. The substantial characteristics of the decorative element 14 cover a footpoint 16 with one outlined 18, which is so trained that it can be used and arranged in such a way that them lean against the basis wall 4 of the container. Preferably the footpoint possesses 16 one outlined, which essentially outlined the basis wall 4 corresponds or this is complementary. For example the basis wall possesses 16 in the case of Fig. 1, in which the basis wall 4 is in a circle trained, a circular outlined with a diameter, which essentially corresponds to the diameter of the basis wall 4. One or more decorative arms 22, which preferably one come-hurry 20 and exhibit a shaped part 24, run of outlined the footpoint 16. Generally there are no certain restrictions regarding the structure of the arms 22 and in the special one regarding its decorative shaped parts 24. With the example shown the arms show a sheet-like sample, but are evident that this structure in Ubereinstimmung with the desired requirements can be changed to the ornament and the aesthetics. The arms 22 are connected with the footpoint and along a Faltoder of groove segment 26 articulated, which strichliert with the reference number 26 is represented and forms a part of the outline 18 of the footpoint 16 or lies beside this. The segments 26 can be formed by actual folding segments, i.e. by actual groove segments, which were stamped before in accordance with the characteristics of the used foil material into the material, so that the arms 22 can be folded upward. With the preferential execution form the diaphragm component 14 contains further an oblong, bind-like element 30, which runs with the example shown tangential perpendicularly to the footpoint 16 and essentially to the radial direction of the arms 22. The volume element 30 is provided at its longitudinal ends with a connecting mechanism 28 for the ends, which serves in order to actually even fasten the volume element 30, whereby a circular or kragenförmiges element is formed. With the example shown the connecting mechanism 28 is formed by notches in the foil material, which run perpendicularly to the linear dimension of the element 30, whereby they are so trained that they can be used into one another, but are evidently that also different connecting mechanisms can be used, for example splicing tape mechanisms or connecting mechanisms with metal clips. If the packing is built up, the decorative arms of 22 along the Faltoder groove segments 26 are folded upward and the volume element to a ring is actually fastened. The footpoint 16 is arranged in such a way that it leans against the basis wall 4 of the container, whereby the element 30 into the base part 12 of the container formed to a ring runs. The arms 22 folded upward run in contact with the wall 6 of the container, which, as this was already mentioned, is partly transparent at least, in order to be able to represent the decorative element. Preferably the decorative element 14 - and particularly the decorative part of 24 - is generally multicolored, whereby it exhibits a logo or characteristic characteristics alternatively. Thus one receives a verzierte packing, which an aesthetic appearance reaches, which is similar to that appearance, which one receives with many more expensive metallization systems on the surface. Fig. a variant of the decorative diaphragm component 14 shows 3, with which the footpoint is square 16 and from there into a container be inserted can, which possesses a basis wall 4, which is squarely trained. With this example details of the diaphragm component are, the details of Fig. 2 corresponds, provided with the same reference numbers, those in Fig. 2 to be used. In this case four arms 22 with a decorative part 24, which is trained as sheet or the like, run perpendicularly to the sides of the footpoint 16. The band-shaped element runs parallel to one of the sides of the footpoint 16 and can be so provided with Faltoder groove segments 32 that it actually outlined as ring with a square be fastened can, which outlined or which corresponds to outline of the footpoint 16. The container 2 is in such a way developed in the special one that it can take up inside a multiplicity of sweets in its, for example chocolates or the like, which can be arranged therein loosely, whereby they can be held also alternatively by small box-like elements from plastic (not represented), which are from each other beabstandet arranged in the container parallel to the basis wall and offer place for the admission of chocolates. Because chocolates are arranged inside the container is kept adhering, the decorative parts of 24 of the diaphragm component at the side panel 6 of the container. In a similar way the optional small box-like carrying elements mentioned above, which are held within the container run and by its side panel, facilitate an adhering of the decorative element at the wall 6. It is evident that the effects of the available invention extend to designs, which reach same use using the same innovative principle.
