APPLIKATOR FOR WIMPERNKOSMETIKA
The Erfmdnng concerns a Applikator for Wimpernkosmetika, with a staff, a handle fastened to an end of the staff and a brush present with the other end of the staff, whose bristles at a wire are arranged.
Applying cosmetic means is a frequent procedure in female beauty care. For the lash make-up the necessary quantity becomes Maskara with the help of a comb on the Wimpem aufgelxagen.
The Maskara is then distributed evenly however the lashes, which become lashes, if necessarily, separately and afterwards with the help of a brush loosened up and formed. It is thus so far necessary to use different devices. Attempts were already made to combine the procedures of the Kärnmens and brushing in only one device. Such Kombinationsapplikatoren for Maskara is descriptive into the US-PS 3,908,676 and 3,921,650.
Furthermore is from the US-PS 1,429,823 a combined brow pin with a tubular case with rectangular outlined admits, which contains the coloured pencil and at both ends is lockable by means of caps and which carries a comb and/or a brush, which both are firmly arranged at each other opposite sides of an end.
In particular to laying on color on the Augenbmuen or on the lashes of certain Applikator in accordance with the US-PS 2,007,245 is arranged as a Lippenstift similar, whereby a plastic pin made of coloring material at its surface exhibits a Anordnnng of grooves and contains bristles, which stand out from the surface.
Finally the DE-OS concerns 22 04 166 a Kosmetikgerät for laying on cosmetic liquids, whereby a Aufl agelement in form of a spiral brush coaxially an additional order element which can not be removed to the use is in form of a brush upstream, whose ferrule is fixed on the bristle owner of this brush towering above axially the bristle trimming of the spiral brush.
The invention aims off to create a detachable Applikator with replaceable brush whereby the brush can be a usual spiral brush also at a wire arranged bristles, from which brush only a Borstertreihe outward rises up.
For the solution of this task the invention consists with a Applikator of the initially indicated kind essentially of the fact that from the handle the turned away exhibits, other end of the staff a reduced diameter for the admission of a tubular case and an opening running in longitudinal direction that the tubular case at least in longitudinal direction running a slot and at an end to would bring an opening in standing with the Schliß.in connection the staff exhibits and that the brush is arranged in the case and their Offnung, is accommodated the wire of the brush replaceable in the opening of the staff running in longitudinal direction and the Borstefi extends by the slot of the case, whereby the Applikator consisting of staff, case and brush is detachable.
During this construction the bristles of one or several Borstertreihen extend right-angled to the axle of the staff grasp by the slot or the slots. The row and/or rows of bristles can be coherently or interrupted implemented. The tubular case exhibits a round, an elliptical, a triangular, rectangular or an other desired Aul] enform. The tubular case can do one to the Aul] endurchmesser or to the external form konzenlrischo rounds opening to exhibit or the form of the opening can to the external form of the case correspond.
The Applikator is built up, by inserting the spiral brush into the case and this building group by Verldeben, by a press fit, fixed lifting od. such fastened to the staff.
At the exterior of the case slots, splines, threads can be trained od. such. These outside structures can run depending upon the intended purpose around the case along their longitudinal extending or schraubenlinienförmig around the case.
Finally a narrow point can be trained at the end of the case of the Applikators, which is so formed that it can find as putty for laying on Kosmetika or as Nagelhautschieber use.
Ausführnngsbeispiele of the invention are more near described in the following on the basis schematic designs.
It shows:

Erfindungsgemäl] the e cosmetic Applikator is in Fig. 1 represented and altogether (10) named.
To the Applikator belong a staff (11) with a grasp fastened to it (12). The staff can have and of plastic or another rigid material consist a cylindrical form. A tubular case (13), those in Fig. 1 with essentially circular external form is shown, exhibits themselves a slot (15), along a part of the case toward their axle extended. The case can consist of metal, plastic No. 389431 or another suitable material. By the slot (15) the not included bristles of the spiral brush (16) rise up outward.
According to desire the Maskara Applikator can, like in Fig. 1 at the preferential execution form shown, with a row in even distances of arranged enular grooves (14) provided its, which run right-angled to the axle of the staff around the case (13) around. The slots (14) serve to cause a comblike effect for easy laying on of Maskara on the lashes. Although the execution form after Fig. 1 is preferred, is pointed out that the slots can be designed also as splines or Gewindeg'änge and that it itself in addition in longitudinal direction parallel to the case axle like the slots (54) in Fig. 5 or however schraubenlinienförmig around the case (not dargesteU0 to extend can.
In accordance with Fig. 3 and 4 a brush, which consists of one or more rows of bristles (16), at the rigid wire (17) is trained. The brushes are in Fig. 3, 4 and 5 for larger clarity with only a Borsteureihe represented, but, dal3 the spiral wire brushes shown at their whole extent is noticed is provided with bristles. The spiral brush is introduced to the internal opening (18) of the case (13), whereby the bristles (16) rise up by the slot (15) outward. The rigid wire is so limited that it is held when correct inserting into the case easily in it. It is noticed that several slots can be present in the case if necessary, by which bristle rows extends. After building up becomes the case (13) with in their putting brush in accordance with Fig. 3 in suitable way, e.g.
by sticking together, press fit or fixed lifting, at the staff (11) befesagL Fig. an amended execution form of the cosmetic Applikators according to invention, which is named altogether (20, shows 2). To the Applikator the bar (21) with the grasp (22), fastened to it, belongs. It is present a tubular case (23), which is provided over a part of their length toward the staff with several slots (25). A brush in Fig. 2 shown kind with an interrupted bristle row is into the case (23) imported, and their bristles (26) rise up as shown by the slots (25) outward. At the end of the case an order putty (29) is trained.
The case can be trained in each desired form, e.g. circular, as in Fig. 1 and 2 shown. With another execution form of the Applikators the case is elliptically formed like the case (53) in Fig.
The elliptical case (53) can exhibit an internal opening in any form, e.g. the likewise elliptical opening (58). Into the opening (58) a brush is also assigned 57) fastened bristles (56) at the rigid wire (, so that the bristles rise up by the slot (55).
