The invention refers to a shoe, in particular ski shoe, with a lower shell, a tiltable seal and a hinged rear shank part, with which the hinged shank part with the seal is strutable by a closing member. With such shoes, in particular ski shoes, it is well-known to directly connect the seal tiltable linked around a drag axis at the lower shell with a closing member with the hinged shank part whereby the shank in its whole, i.e. both the seal and the hinged shank part, after which locking of the two parts is against each other relative to the lower shell tiltable. The DE-OS 2511605 shows and describes training of a ski boot with a verI0 tiltable rear flap, which is linked at the bowl, and from the DE-OS 2511605 additionally also the definition of the foot is become known by means of an adjustable Ristplatte to a rear flap tiltable linked at the bowl, whereby the seal and the lower shell are einstückig trained in both cases and a tiltableness is not given to the seal relative to the bowl. The DE-OS 2946010 concerns a ski shoe, with which a hinged plot-hurry directly with a seal tiltable arranged at a bowl is strutted. With these well-known training the fact is unfavorable that the collecting main, i.e. the position of the leg to the foot, during a turning of the seal, given by the hinged bowl part, is impaired and is not accurately defined. A delimitation of the turning of the hinged shank part to the rear cannot be obtained however in the way usual with other shoes by an attack at the lower shell, since with such a training the rear shank part was not hinged. A hinged shank part is however a condition for the possibility of a central entrance and/or an entrance from the rear into the shoe, “if on expandable slots in Schalenbzw. Seal range to be done without is. The invention aims now off to make with a such ski shoe with hinged shank part an accurate delimitation possible of the turning of the hinged shank part to the rear. For the solution of this task the invention consists essentially of that the hinged shank part from a course member separated by the closing member to the delimitation of the Schwenkbarkeit to the rear behind-seized is, a whose end at the lower shell is fixed and whose second end at the lower shell or the seal is solvable fixed. Thus that a separate course member is intended for the delimitation of the Schwenkbarkeit, it can be specified this course member at least at a side to the Untersehale, whereby the relative turning of the hinged shank part - to the rear to be limited can. The second end of this separate course member can be also specified at the lower shell, whereby an accurate delimitation is obtained. If the second end of this course member at the seal is specified, still the advantage that the possible swiveling way of the hinged shank part is reduced substantially in relation to training, results in the case of which this hinged shank part together with the seal tiltable is. With such training, with which the other end of the course member at the seal is specified, the solvable definition of the separate course member of a buckle specified at the seal is formed in favourable way. In particularly preferential way however the definition of both ends of the separate course member at the lower shell takes place, whereby preferably that or at the lower shell the specified (n) end attack adjustably (of n) of the separate course member at the lower shell, in particular in a slotted hole or a slot, in longitudinal direction of the course member. A such slotted hole limits the way of the hinged bowl part to the rear, whereby during a turning of the seal into the collecting main also with relatively rigid course members a certain indulgence is guaranteed however at the same time into the collecting main. With this movement becomes the hinged shank part of practice-borrow-proves intended closing member, which connects the hinged shank part with the seal, into the collecting main carried forward. Hiebei is preferably so met the training that during definition of both ends of the course member at the lower shell a link connecting lengthen-variably the two ends of the course member, in particular a clamping buckle, is intended. In particularly simple way the closing member and the course member can be formed by belts, which are lengthen-variably definable at buckles. In order to control the swiveling forces not exclusively over the material properties of the hinged shank part and/or the seal, the training is in such a way met in favourable way that the separate course member at the lower shell attacks above the drag axis of the hinged shank part and/or the seal, whereby the attack places of the separate course member are arranged preferably to both sides of the lower shell and/or the seal in approximately same normal distance of the sole of the shoe and the separate course member between the drag axis of the seal and/or the hinged shank part is arranged preferably and the closing member and in to the level defined by the range of the closing member approximately parallel level. In this way a relatively favorable lever arm for the admission of the collecting main forces is obtained and the collecting main of the hinged shank part is accurately kept. In favourable way can at the lower shell. linked tiltable seal in distance from the drag axis at the lower shell, in particular by interference of a Vorsprunges into a slotted hole, in swiveling direction led its. By the training according to invention a relatively large entrance opening lets itself obtain after opening the closing member and the separate course member, whereby the creation of the shoe is facilitated. After locking the separate course member with opening of the upper closing member a high measure of comfort is still made possible, with which unangeZ0 take pressure points to with to be avoided to be able, without the delimitation of the collecting main is impaired by the hinged shank part. The invention is more near described in the following on the basis of remark examples represented in the designs. In these Fig.1 shows a side view of a ski shoe according to invention in opened position, Fig.2 a side view of the ski shoe after Fig.1 in closed position, whereby for better elucidation the seal is only strichliert suggested, Fig.8 further training of the shoe according to invention in the side view in closed condition and Fig.4 an opinion of the shoe after Fig.8 from the opposite side with partly away-broken seal. In Fig.1 is a ski shoe --1-- represented, its lower shell --2-- a drag axis --8-- carries, at which a seal --4-- and a hinged shank part --5-- is tiltable linked. With --6-- a cover for a guidance formed by a slotted hole is characteristic, over which the seal --4-- at the lower shell --2-- in swiveling direction in the sense of the double arrow --7-- is led. The usual closing member with a such shoe, with which the seal and the hinged shank part are connected, is also --8-- designated. It is a separate course member --9-- planned, which at the lower shell --2-- is fixed and the hinged shank part --5-- into the closing situation behind-seizes, whereby the opposite free end at the seal --4-- or in favourable way also at the lower shell --2-- to be fixed can. In the first case knows the definition at the seal --4-- by a not represented conventional buckle are made. In the second case a link within the rear range must --10-- the separate course member --9-- intended its, over which the two to the Untersehale --2--fixed subranges of the course member --9-- in the closing situation to be interconnected. In Fig.2 the shoe is represented after Fig.1 in the closing situation, whereby the drive place of the separate course member --9-- at the lower shell also --ii-- is characteristic. The plane of cross section stretched by the separate course member in the closing situation --12--, which outlined by this course member --9-- is certain, lies hiebei zwisehen the drag axis--8-- and the plane of cross section --13-- the outline of the conventional closing member --8--, whereby the two planes of cross section --12 and 18-- lie essentially parallel to each other. Due to relative to the sole --14-- highly lying point of attack of the rear subrange --10-- the separate course member at the hinged bowl part --5-- a good force admission and a good delimitation of the turning of the hinged Sehaftteils are obtained. With the training after Fig.8 and 4 are at the seal --4-- Buckles --15 and 16-- specified, over which the closing member -8-- and the separate course member --9-- at the seal --4-- to be specified can. The hinged shank part is again also --5-- designated. From the representation after Fig.4 it is evident that the separate course member --9-- at the lower shell --2-- in a slotted hole --17-- toward that. Longitudinal axis of the course member --9-- is mobile attached. During a turning of the seal --4-- toward the arrow --18-- thus the course member can --9-- in the sense of the arrow --19-- is carried forward, whereby into the opposite direction of the double arrow --19-- a turning of the hinged shank part --5-- by the edge of the slotted hole --17-- Borders are set. The slotted hole --17-- lies again above the drag axis --3-- and below the attack place of the closing member --8--.

The ski boot has a sub-shell (2), a pivotable sleeve (4) and a tiltable rear upper section (5). In order to limit the pivoting of the tiltable upper section (5), an additional tie (9) is articulated on the sub-shell (2) by at least one end and surrounds the rear upper section (5) in the closed position. The point(s) at which the additional tie (9) is attached to the sub-shell (2) are covered in the closed position by the pivotable sleeve (4) and advantageously are formed as elongate slots (Fig 1). <IMAGE>
