PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A SPIRIT LEVEL BODY
The invention concerns a procedure for the production of a spirit level body, which exhibits a tonnenförmigen cavity and markings for a blister inside the partial, the tonnenförmigen cavity which can be filled with a liquid, whereby first with a cylindrical cavity of provided plastic bodies, in particular in a Spritzgieß proceeds, one manufactures. Erfindungsgemäß this succeeds to the kind initially specified with a procedure thus, daß into the wall of the cylindrical cavity in the places planned for the markings, preferably circle-circular, slots to be in-stung, the wall of the cylindrical cavity and the slots with a dye film be provided and the cylindrical cavity is tonnenförmig turned off, whereby the dye film with exception of that part, which is in the remaining slots, is removed. In relation to the well-known procedures a spirit level body can be manufactured in this way substantially zeitund more material-saving. The method involves providing places in the wall (3) of a cylindrical hollow space (2) for markings, preferably recessed annular slots (4,5). The wall of the cylindrical hollow space and the slots are provided with a colored coating (6) and the cylindrical hollow space is bored-out to form a barrel shape. The color coating is then removed, with the exception of that part, which is found in the remaining slots. A method of manufacturing a spirit level comprising a barrel-shaped cavity and markers for a bubble inside the barrel-shaped cavity which is to be partly filled with a liquid, wherein first a plastics body provided with a cylindrical cavity is manufactured, in particular by injection moulding, and is then hollowed out into the shape of a barrel in a further working step, characterised in that, after the plastics body provided with the cylindrical cavity has been manufactured, first preferably circular grooves (4, 5) are cut into the wall (3) of the cylindrical cavity (2) at the points provided for the markers, next the wall (3) of the cylindrical cavity (2) and the grooves (4, 5) are provided with a coloured layer (6) and then the cylindrical cavity (2) is hollowed out into the shape of a barrel, during which the coloured layer (6) is removed, with the exception of that portion in the remaining grooves (4, 5). A method according to claim 1, characterised in that, to provide the remaining wall of the cylindrical cavity (2) and the grooves (4, 5) with a coloured layer, paint is sprayed into the cylindrical cavity (2) provided with the grooves (4, 5).Putting one to the reference numbers:
