Изобретение может быть использовано в системах визуального и электронного дистанционного определения пространственного положения объектов относительно горизонта уровнями пузырькового типа. Сущность способа состоит в том, что одновременно с визуальным измерением смещения свободно плавающего по вогнутой поверхности мениска газового пузырька в жидкости измеряются фототоки от светового пятна пузырька и поляризационные токи от его пространственного положения в полости, а затем сравниваются между собой. При аварийном крене самолета на угол, превышающий заданное значение, включают наддув амортизационной платформы сжатым воздухом от компрессоров самолета и/или от магистралей сжатого воздуха и выпускают ее из отсека через поперечную щель передней части фюзеляжа самолета. Устройство содержит компрессоры, магистрали подачи сжатого воздуха и датчик крена. Оно дополнительно содержит расположенный передней частью фюзеляжа закрываемый отсек с задней щелью, в котором уложена сложенная с наклоненными вперед складками кевларовая амортизационная платформа, прикрепленная к корпусу самолета и соединенная через датчик крена и выключатель в кабине пилота с компрессорами самолета и/или магистралями сжатого воздуха.

A bubble type level for determining the orientation of a structure that includes first and second differently oriented bubble vials that are secured within the level body in a manner such that if either of the bubble vials become broken or otherwise damaged, it can be easily replaced and the level need not be discarded. The bubble type level of the invention also includes a novel connector mechanism that enables the level to be removably interconnected with the structure to be leveled. The level further includes a plurality of longitudinally spaced magnets that are connected to various surfaces of the level and a bulls-eye level that is mounted on the top surface of the level body. 1. A level for determining the orientation of a structure comprising:(a) a body including first and second vial chambers, each having a threaded opening;(b) a first bubble vial disposed within said first vial chamber;(c) a second bubble vial disposed within said second vial chamber;(d) a first threaded connector receivable within said threaded opening of said first vial chamber for movement from a first position to a second position in engagement with said first bubble vial to secure said first bubble vial within said first vial chamber; and(e) a second threaded connector receivable within said threaded opening of said second vial chamber for movement from a first position to a second position in engagement with said second bubble vial to secure said second bubble vial within said second vial chamber.2. Multi-angle levels and plumbing methods are described. In one aspect, a multi-angle level has a body made up of a base section and a rotating section rotatably secured to the base section. A leveling mechanism is disposed on the rotating section. 1. A method comprising:securing a base section of a body of a multi-angle level on a cylindrical surface, a rotating section of the body rotatably secured to the base section and a leveling mechanism operatively coupled to the rotating section, and a concave portion of the base section and a concave portion of the rotating section when aligned define a concave bottom.2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:adjusting orientation of the cylindrical surface such that the multi-angle level indicates that the cylindrical surface is level in one plane;rotating the rotating section of the body of the multi-angle level with respect to the base section secured to the cylindrical surface; andadjusting orientation of the cylindrical surface such that the multi-angle level indicates that the cylindrical surface is level in another plane.3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the securing of the base section of the body of the multi-angle level comprises mating the concave bottom of the base section of the multi-angle level to the cylindrical surface.4. A combination of a cover plate and a drain, preferably a floor drain is described. The cover plate is provided with first locking means and the drain is provided with cooperating second locking means for releasable connection of the cover plate to the floor drain. The cover plate is a temporary cover plate for use during installation of the drain. The cover plate may be used for a temporary protection of a drain during installation of the drain and for installing and adjusting the inclination of the drain without the need of separate levelling tools. To obtain this the cover plate is provided with levelling means for determining the orientation of the cover plate and thereby also the drain in relation to a horizontal or a vertical plane. The device includes a frame, one or more clear tubes containing a liquid and a gas bubble, and an attachment facilitating attachment to a sloped surface. The attachment may be a removable strap or magnets. The tubes are fixed at angles greater than zero degrees and less than ninety degrees relative to the bottom surface of the frame and a visual indication of the angle of each tube is present on the device. A tool, system, and method are disclosed for locating a hidden stud and identifying angles on a finished wall. The tool includes an elongated housing, at least one magnet, and at least one level. The housing has a generally planar contact surface disposed opposite a viewing surface. The at least one magnet is secured to the housing such that a magnetic field from the at least one magnet extends from the contact surface. The level is secured to the housing such that the level is viewable from the viewing surface. The at least one magnet, the level, and the housing are sized relative to each other such that a magnetic attraction between the at least one magnet and a metallic element in the wall is sufficient to maintain the tool on the wall without external support. 1. A tool to locate a hidden stud within a wall , the tool comprising:an elongated housing having a generally planar contact surface and a viewing surface;at least one magnet, the at least one magnet being secured to the housing such that a magnetic field associated with the at least one magnet extends outward from the contact surface; andat least one level secured to the housing such that the at least one level is viewable from the viewing surface;wherein the magnetic field associated with the at least one magnet is sufficiently strong to cause a magnetic attraction between the tool and a metallic element in a vertical wall to maintain the tool on the vertical wall without external support.2. The tool of claim 1 , wherein the at least one level is oriented such that when a longitudinal edge of the housing is positioned at a selected orientation claim 1 , the at least one level provides a visual indication that the longitudinal edge of the housing is oriented at the selected orientation.3.
