STAND DRILLING EQUIPMENT
The invention concerns a Staüvbohrgerät with an equipment support and a carriage verse blowable stored at a column for the admission of the equipment support, whereby the equipment support a FührungsproFfl extending to its free end and the carriage guidance surfaces for the Führungsprof'd exhibit themselves, and one of the guidance surfaces, which is formed by the Spannbereieh of a swivelling Exzenterzapfens, against the guidance profile deliverably isL with well-known stand drilling equipment of in front described training is removable the Gerä'teträger for the purpose of the Austauseheus or the repair of the equipment of the carriage. The connection between equipment supports and carriages by cooperation one see created extending guidance profile, when Schwalbenschwanzprof'fl admits, at the equipment support and two appropriate Fühmngsflächen at the carriage. While the one is rigidly arranged the carriage-lateral guidance surface, the second guidance surface can be set for the guidance profile to the Spannzweeke.
The deliverable guidance surface is formed by the clamping range of a swivelling Exzenterzapfens. The clamping range is pressed, depending upon direction of rotation of the Exzenterzapfens, against the FührungsproFfl and/or releases this. In latter turning position a tangenüale Anflachung at the Exzenterzapfen faces the guidance profile, in order to facilitate a driving of the equipment support out.
A disadvantage of this arrangement consists of that when attaining the release position of the Exzenterzapfens of the Gerätelläger due to its Gewichtsverteflung laterally from the carriage can fall. The handling must thus, in order to prevent, for safety's sake always hold with the rotation of the Exzenterzapfens the equipment support this. The release of the equipment support accurately definable by the stepless clamping range does not order this caution. The usually large weight of the equipment support makes this manipulation more difficult, which is feasible without risk thus hardly by a handling alone.
From the US-PS 2,975,647 a Säulenbohrmasehine is well-known. This exhibits a belt-driven drilling head, which is adjustably stored by a carriage at a column. The guidance of the carriage at the column effected via rigid sliding bearing. By a eccentric cam Spanneinrichttmg the carriage is axially definable in the bearings. For taking the drilling head must be driven out including the carriage from the column. A SchneUwechsel of the drilling head by removing from the carriage is not here possible.
Task of the invention is it, a safe, to create safe mounting plate of the equipment support at the carriage.
According to invention the task is solved thereby that the guidance profile one exhibits itself at its extended end following catch nose, whereby the catch nose towers above the clamping range around a measure, which is larger than the setting measure of the Exzenterzapfens, and that the Exzenterzapfen from the capture range of the catch nose is disengagable.
The equipment support is held by the erfmdungsgemäße catch nose at the extended end of the guidance profile also with away-moved clamping range at the carriage. With it the catch nose in any not strained turning position of the Exzenterzapfens at this is able itself to support. Taking the equipment support is made possible only by disengaging the Exzenterzapfens. , Also independently of a possible wear of the Exzenterzapfens or its storage, a safe Haltemng is created by this arrangement.
Preferably the Exzenterzapfen is axially disengagable. Like that it is possible to disengage the Exzenterzapfen altogether from the capture range of the long nose or to leave one in relation to the clamping range for strongly tapered remaining storage section of the Exzenterzapfens in the range of the long nose, whereby the dimension of the Lagerungsabsehnittes must be selected in such a way that the catch nose can pass these unhindered.
With advantage extended see the clamping range stepless over at least 2/3 of the extent at the Exzenterzapfen.
Thus the Versehleißzone of the clamping range is improved opposite the well-known Exzenterzapfen and thus also the duration of the efficiency of the Exzenterzapfens. A further advantage of a large Umfangserstreekung of the clamping range is the achievement of reliable automatic locking between clamping range and Führungsprof'fl.
The invention is described below on the basis of designs, which show a remark example, more near. Fig show. I stand drilling equipment also opposite the carriage strutted equipment support, Fig. 2 a cut along the line 0I-II) the Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 the cut similar to Fig. 2, with to-moved Exzenterzapfen.
The stand drilling equipment after Fig. 1 sits down from a column (1), a carriage verse blowable stored to it (2), one with the SeMitten (2) equipment supports (3) and one strutted at the equipment support fixed drilling equipment (4) together. The storage of the carriage (2) roles (of 5) serve.
At the carriage (2) is a laterally abragende carrying latch (6) arranged. In this is altogether with (7) characteristic Exzenterzapfen drehund adjustably stored. Represented eccentric shafts (7) exhibits itself extending a clamping range (15), over more than 2/3 of the extent. By tricks of the Exzenterzapfens (7) this is against a guidance profile (8) of the Gerätelrä'gers (3) deliverably. The extended end of the guidance profile (8) becomes from a long nose (9) towered above. The measure of towering above is larger than the setting measure of the Exzenterzapfens (7). The Führungsprof'tl (8) is formed for manufacture-technical reasons of a border (11), which by means of suggested fastening parts (12) at the Gerätelräger (3) is fixed.
A second guidance profile (13) supports itself at a rigid Führungsfläehe (14) of the carriage (2) äb.
The Fig. 2 shows the Exzenterzapfen (7) with the clamping range (15) as well as two beidseiüg Lagerungsabsehlütte following to it (16). To the manipulation of the Exzenterzapfens (7) this carries a grasp (17).
No. 388890 in Fig. 3 is the Exzenterzapfen (7) through tricks and following shifting (in Fig. 3 to the right) with the Spannbereieh (15) from the capture range of the catch nose (9) disengaged. The delimitation of axial shifting of the Exzanterzapfens (7) serves in the carrying latch (6) sitting stop ring (18). In this disengaged position of the Exzenterzapfens (7) the equipment support (3) with the drilling equipment (4) of the carriage (2) can to be taken, there the clamping range (15) now no more in the capture range of the catch nose (9) lies. A stand for a drilling tool includes a support column with a carriage movably mounted on the column. A carrier member for a drilling tool can be secured to the carriage with support sections on the carrier member in engagement with support surfaces on the carriage. One of these support surfaces is provided by the eccentric circumferential surface on an eccentric peg which is rotatably mounted in the carriage. The support section engageable with the peg has a catch projection which prevents displacement of the carrier member from the carriage when the eccentric surface on the peg is aligned opposite the corresponding support section on the carrier member. The projection extends outwardly from the support section by an amount at least equal to the eccentricity of the circumferential surface of the peg. 1. Stand drilling equipment with an equipment support and at a column adjustably stored a carriage for the admission the equipment support, whereby the Gerltteträger a guidance profile extending to its free end and the carriage guidance surfaces for the Ffihrungsprofil exhibit themselves, and one of the guidance surfaces, which are formed by the clamping range of a swivelling Exzenterzapfens, against the guidance profile deliverably are characterized, by the fact that the guidance profile (8) one itself at its extended end following catch nose (9) exhibits, whereby the catch nose towers above the clamping range (15) around a measure, which more largely than the Znstellmaß of the Exzenterzapfens (7) is, and that the Exzenterzapfen from the capture range of the catch nose (9) is disengagable. 2. Stand drilling equipment according to requirement 1, by the fact characterized that the Exzenterzapfen (7) is axially disengagable. 3. Staüvbohrgerät according to requirement 1 or 2, by characterized that the Spannbereieh (15) itself steplessly over wenigstem 2/3 of the extent at the Exzenterzapfen (7) extended.
