USE OF A VEGETABLE OIL OR WAX FOR THE STABILIZATION OF ENZYMES
The available invention concerns from there the use of a vegetable oil or wax, selected out:
a) - Triglyceridölen, with those at least 5 Gew. - % of the fatty acids by Palmitoleylsäure are formed; b) - Triglyceridölen, with those at least 10 Gew. - % of the fatty acids by hydroxylierte fatty acids are formed; c) - Triglyceridölen, with those at least 40 Gew. - % of the fatty acids by more einfachoder double-insatiated C20 - C24 - fatty acids are formed; d) - Oils or waxes, those at least 50 Gew. - % fatty acid mono esters contain, which exhibit altogether 36 to 46 carbon atoms and from an insatiated fatty acid and is formed for an insatiated Fettalkohol, for stabilization an enzyme in a enzymhältigen composition, in particular regarding a cosmetic application, whereby at least 2 Gew. - % of the vegetable oil or wax are contained in the composition.
The respective vegetable oil or wax is present with advantage in a weight ratio, related to the enzyme of at least 4/1 and preferably from 20/1 to 6011.
In the framework to the available invention the used specific vegetable oils and waxes belong 4 determined classes:
A Triglyceridöle, with those at least 5 Gew. - % of the fatty acids by Palmitoleylsäure are formed.
Call the following oils as examples karin one:
• Macadamiaöl (containing 20 to 25% Palmitoleylsäure), • Haselnussöl (containing 22 to 29% Palmitoleylsäure), • sand thorn oil (containing 20 to 30% Palmitoleylsäure), • oil of avocado (containing 5 to 10% Palmitoleylsäure).
b - Triglyceridöle, with those at least 10 Gew. - % of the fatty acids by hydroxylierte fatty acids and/or hydraulic XY fatty acids are formed.
The hydroxylierten or hydraulic XY fatty acids is essentially Rizinolsäure (OH C18: 1), Dimorphecolsäure (OH C18: 2) and Lesquerolsäure (OH C20: 1).
As examples one can call the oils of the following plants:

These fatty acids are essentially Eicosansäure (C20: 1? 13), Eicosensäure (C22: 1? 5), Docosensäure or Erucasäure (C22: 1? 13), Docosandiensäure (C22: 2? 5? 13) and Tetracosensäure (C24: 1).
As examples one can call the oils different planting places:
Limnanthe (Limnanthes alba) L. douglasii Brassica napus Crambe abyssinica Eruca sativa Lunaria annua containing 62.5% C20: 1? 13 containing 62.5% C20: 1? 13 containing 45% C22: 1? 13 containing 55% C22: 1? 13 containing 45% C22: 1? 13 containing 43% C22: 1? 13 D - Oils or waxes, those at least 50 Gew. - % fatty acid mono esters contain, which exhibit altogether 36 to 46 carbon atoms and from an insatiated fatty acid and an insatiated Fettalkohol are derived.
As example one can call Jojobaöl, whose are both main fatty acids the following:
C20: 1 70 to 75% C22: 1 0 to 15% and their two HauptAIkanole the following is:
C20: 1 50% C22: 1 40% the enzymes, which can be stabilized according to invention, can different kind be (Proteasen, Lipasen, Phospholipasen, Phosphatasen), any origin (biotechnological, bacterial, coming from mushrooms or plants) and in any form (powders, liquids, immobilized enzymes and vectored enzymes).
In the framework, a mineral oil can contain erwendete composition beyond that of the available invention, which is present from at least 1011 in a part by weight, related to the enzyme.
As examples of mineral oils one can call paraffin oils and vaseline oils.
A silicone, in particular oils can contain in the framework the used composition beyond that of the available invention Polydimethylsiloxanöle modified of the type of the Polydimethylsiloxane (like Dimethicone and Dimethiconole), (like Dimethicon Copolyole) or volatile silicones (like Cyclomethicone).
Knows in the context of the available invention the used composition in addition an ester contained selected from esters of Fettalkoholen (04 -036), esters by fatty acids (04 -036), fatty acid esters and Fettalkoholen ester of Polyalkoholen, Polypropylenglycol-2-myristyletherpropionat, polyoxethylierten Zuckeroder saccharose esters, like Glucosestearat and Methylglucosesesquistearat.
RK 410,752 B in the context of the available invention the used esters can the moreover one a Gelbildner contain. Examples hiefür are Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and Hydroxyethylcellulose, Xanthangummen, Alginate, Carbomere (for example Carbopol 1382TM, Noveon) and Polyquaterniumverbindungen, like Polyquaternium 32 and Polyquaternium 39.
According to invention stabilized the enzymes can contain in particular:
0,1 to 5 Gew. - % enzyme, 2 to 50 Gew. - % of a specific vegetable oil, to 50 Gew. - % mineral oil, 1 to 20 Gew. - % silicone, 1 to 30 Gew. - % Gelbildner and 1bis 30,% ester.
In the following the results of in vitro investigations are stated, which clarify the stabilization effect of specific vegetable oils in cosmetic preparations and the effect of supplementing components.
The proteolytic activity of a Protease (Keratolin of the company Sederma) was measured, an enzyme of the type Subtilisin, regarding in vitro hydrolysis by Casein. After the hydrolysis one fails the remaining proteins with acid. The determination of the set free Peptide takes place according to the modified method from Lowery: in alkaline medium forms the Cu2÷-Ionen the Folin reagent with the amide connections of the Peptide a blue colored complex, which one can measure with 660 Nm. The intensity of the hydrolysis is proportional the value of the optical density.
The examined preparations are the following:

One obtains the following results:

The other oils (Palmöl, Traubenöl, sweet almond oil) in contrast to it lead either to a destruction of the enzymes right at the beginning or do not make not the preservation possible of the enzymatic activity.
Other investigations with supplementing components were accomplished.

Example 1: Face milk a formulation of face milk was manufactured in a double luggage packing, whereby contents of the two containers only at this moment the use are mixed under education of an emulsion which can be laid on on the skin.

Use after one of the preceding requirements 1 to 5, by it characterized that additionally an ester, selected from esters of (C4 - C36) - Fettalkoholen, (C4 - C36) - fatty acids, esters by polyoxyethylierten fatty acids and Fettalkoholen, esters of Polyalkoholen and esters of sugars, is intended. 7. Use according to requirement 6, by the fact characterized that additionally a Gelbildner is intended.
