Specification

[1]

[0001] la present invention relates to a system for displaying objects on a support.

[2]

[0002] il is already known in system engineering presentations of objects for rendering more attractive the objects in question.

[3]

[0003] ep 2,147 578 describes an interactive lighting system for a clothing rack, particularly for creating lighting for clothes hanging on a rail of the clothing rack. The system provides an interactive lighting system comprising light sources integrated into the display unit of garments, sensors adapted to detect an object, and a control unit that receives signals from the sensors and adapted to evaluate the received signals and to generate control signals for the light sources to light the based on the evaluation. The system is designed to be attractive to potential buyers but no information other than light cannot guide the customer in his choice.

[4]

[0004] le object of the present invention is to display an object on a support and display information specific to the object.

[5]

[0005] in accordance with the invention, a system for displaying objects includes a control system connected to a projection system and to an object detection system, a sensing support disposed on a support projection, an object to be disposed on the carrier detection. The object to be displayed and/or the detection medium are detected by the object detection system which transmits the information to the control system, said control system by processing the information and transmitting to the projection system to project information.

[6]

[0006] le system for displaying objects comprises sensing medium of any shape on which is disposed an insert, in particular a color chip color or a headband.

[7]

[0007] le projection system by a light beam illuminates the object to be displayed and/or projects images at a desired location. The projected images may be visible features of the object sensed by the sensing means, or images of the object or portions thereof stored in the computer, or even other images which possibly do not have any link to the object.

[8]

[0008] le control system is a processing unit of the information such as for example a computer.

[9]

[0009] le projection system is an optical instrument for projecting still or moving pictures such as a video projector.

[10]

[0010] le object detection system is a camera coupled to a computer system for processing images. le object detection system and the projection system are located on the upper portion of the area in which the projection takes place as a ceiling of a room for example.

[11]

[0012] la system implementation is based on a camera and a video projector. The object to be illuminated is detected by computer processing images and this provides the object type and its position in space. The projector projects the picture and the desired illumination in a precise location.

[12]

[0013] the features of the invention will appear more clearly upon reading several forms of exemplary embodiments by way of example only, will not limited by referring to Figures schematic, in which:

[13]

Fig. 1 represents a block diagram presenting an object in which the fields

[14]

of views projection systems and detections are represented; and

[15]

Figure 2 represents a perspective view of the presentation system when a wristwatch is

[16]

disposed on the carrier detection and images projected around the wristwatch.

[17]

[0014] la description that follows, the presentation of a wristwatch having a particular complication, and it is exemplary and serves as carrier for the present invention.

[18]

[0015] in one embodiment of the invention, as shown in Figure. 2, the presentation system for displaying an object, for example a wristwatch 6 disposed a detection medium 5 .the detection medium 5 is laid on a horizontal plane for example 4 as a display, such as a table.

[19]

[0016] le system for displaying objects includes a computer 2 connected to a video projector to a camera 3 and 1 (fig.. 1). Sensing medium 5 of rectangular shape is arranged on a table 4 and the wristwatch 6 is arranged on the carrier for detecting the wristwatch 5.6 and the detection medium 5 are detected by the camera that images the 1 to the computer 2 and it processes the images to detect the carrier 5 .the camera only detects nothing.

[20]

The computer 2 transmits to the video projector 3 information to project such as herein mechanical parts 9 which are buried in the wristwatch 6.

[21]

[0017] le detection medium 5 may comprise a rectangular insert 7 such as a headband color, allowing the control system 2 to distinguish between two watch models with different characteristics.

[22]

[0018] le videoprojector 3 illuminates a light beam by the wristwatch 8 6 and 9 projects images, such as images of mechanical parts inter alia the dial, the subelements of the dial, a bracelet, ... or even invisible elements stored in the computer. Thus, the images 9 mechanical parts may for example pivot about the wristwatch 6 thereby to highlight the characteristics of the wristwatch 6.

[23]

[0019] la 1 camera and the video projector 3 are located on the top of the workpiece, [...] mainly at the ceiling.

[24]

[0020] le system provides illumination continuously the wristwatch 6 during its presentation and its movement from one location of the table 4 to a further location of the table 4.

[25]

[0021] en according to article type presented, the system displays information specific for customers to discover particular elements of the object and at vendor support its unwieldy.

[26]
