The invention discloses a production method of Q460C-grade high-strength steel. The production method comprises three procedures namely steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling. According to the production method, the Q460C-grade high-strength steel is produced by adopting a V-N micro-alloying process through a special steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling technology according to the requirements of an iron tower angle iron standard on Q460C-grade iron tower angle iron performances; under the condition that the increasing of an alloy content is little, the strength index of angle iron is improved greatly by adopting a special production process on the premise that the welding performance and the toughness of the angle iron are ensured; the production method has important meaning in the aspect of saving the steel, saving energy and reducing consumption and has obvious economic benefits and technological innovativeness.

The steel-making process is:
