Other purposes, features and advantages of the invention shall become apparent from the following description, given only by way of non-limiting example, and made with reference to the accompanying drawings, on which: -figure 1 is a schematic view of a funds transfer system according to the invention; -figure 2 is a view in vertical cross section of the kiosk of the system of Figure 1; -figure 3 is a view of detail of the transfer head from the kiosk of Figure 2; -figure 4 is a sectional view of the kiosk of the installation of Figure 1, showing the position of the transfer head during the conveying funds from the safety housing to the safe; -figure 5 shows the kiosk of Figure 4, when feeding the funds in the transfer head; and figure 6-shows the kiosk of Figure 4, during discharging of funds in the safe by the transfer head. On Figure 1, is represented, schematically, the general architecture of a money transfer system according to the invention. The system is designed to allow a transfer of funds from a safety installation, designated by the general digital reference 10, to a transport vehicle funds 12, which provides for the transport of funds to a destination facility, as known per se, using the road network. In the example of this embodiment, the safety device is constituted by a room provided in a secure station operator of a railway network. It is equipped with a case for hold funds available, in particular hold funds resulting commercial procedures performed within the station. The transfer system 10 collects the funds deposited in the room and the transfer to the transport vehicle. It is further for enabling the supply of the station down bearing. To this end, as seen in Figure 1, the money transfer system according to the invention has, the safety installation 14, a kiosk 16 disposed in public areas, in particular on a pathway 18 for the transport vehicle 12, and a device for pneumatic transportation, consisting of a pneumatic network 20, for providing for the transfer of the funds between the securing means 14 and the kiosk 16. Pads capable of retractable 22 is retracted in the ground, suppress the channel 18 to unauthorized vehicles. Furthermore, a central unit (not shown), for example integrated with the kiosk, controls the operation of the various elements included in the constitution of the funds transfer system. In particular, it is duly programmed to cause, to the request, an activation of the pneumatic network to transfer funds between the kiosk and the securing means or, on the contrary, the inactivate, after transfer of funds, or the block in case of burglary. It is further for storing the post and the nature of the transferred funds. The kiosk 16 is constituted by a construction made of, for example, a concrete. Additionally incorporated, internally, the machinery 24 of the pneumatic conveying, and a safe 26 for receiving funds from the securing means 14 or a transport vehicle of funds. Shielded A door 28 provides access to the interior of the kiosk 16. Furthermore, the wall of the kiosk 16, facing the access channel 18, is provided with an opening 30, arranged opposite for the safe door 26, to recover the funds loaded therein or, on the contrary, to allow of depositing funds. The opening 30 is closed by a sealing device 32, such as a metal curtain. As shown on Figure 3, the kiosk 16 is further provided with a head transfer of funds, designated by the general digital reference 34, for receiving funds delivered by the pneumatic conveying 20 from the securing means 14. It is for initiating the transfer of the funds to the safe 26. The head funds transfer 34 consists essentially of a rotating drum provided with a housing 36 intended for the bottoms from the securing means 14. The rotary drum 34 is movably mounted in rotation in the kiosk 16 between a first angular position, shown in Figures 3 to 5, wherein the housing 36 extends in the extension of the pneumatic conduit 20 to receive the funds carried by the latter, and a second angular position, visible in Figure 6, in which the housing 36 is facing the interior of the safe 26, to discharge, by gravity, the funds in the latter. According to a feature of the funds transfer system according to the invention, before being transferred, the funds are arranged in containers provided with bar codes for authenticating, on the one hand, from the funds, and the amount. Therefore, as visible in Figure 3, the transfer head 34 is provided with a reading head 38 adapted to decode the bar codes carried by the containers, to identify and in counting the received funds from the securing means 14, when they are received by the transfer head. The bar code reader 38 is connected to memory means (not shown), integrated to the central processing unit for controlling the operation of the transfer system, for editing a history of flow of funds performed within the transfer system. Furthermore, the interior of the cabinet 26 is provided with support means, designated by the general digital reference 40, for receiving a bag 42 security transportation. Such a bag is constituted by a container of conventional type, used regularly in conveying funds. It is thereby not described in detail subsequently. It should be noted, however, that it is, preferably, formed by a bag self-sealing. Finally, the system just described is completed by a shipping station 44 provided in the kiosk 16, in the vicinity of the opening 30, and in communication with the pneumatic network 20. It is for the transfer of funds from the kiosk 16 to the securing means 14. The funding system just described is used as follows. After funds, an agent of the personal of the station 10 conditions them in a container barcode adapted to identify the nature of the funds stored, the service and that the enterprise from which these funds, ... Funds thus conditioned are sent to the kiosk 16 using the pneumatic network 20. Upon detection of funds in the transfer head 34, the reader 38 pilot the central system unit transfer, on the one hand, cause rotation of the transfer head 34 and, on the other hand, inhibiting operation of the pneumatic network 20, for example by implementing a time delay, so as to prevent any transfer of funds from the securing means 14. Further the information read by the read head are transferred in a memory of the central unit. After rotation of the transfer head 34, the funds fall into the bag 42. It should be noted that the transfer of funds via the transfer head for absorbing the shock by the suddenly funds due to the action of the pneumatic conveying device, and of detecting and identifying the nature of the transferred funds. Therefore, it is possible to provide and maintain a history of funds transfers implemented. During the passage of the transport vehicle 12, it is to the kiosk 16. The curtain 32 is then opened, and the safe door 26, the bag 42 is transferred to the vehicle 12 and, also, a new one is repositioned. As designs, the invention just-described allows a transfer of funds from the safety housing 14 to the transport vehicle 12 without direct access to the room 14, the recovery of the funds are performing, mainly, via the pneumatic network, which supports the funds until encountering the kiosk where they can be directly recovered. Beneficially, , as aforesaid, the just-described invention can also be used for transferring funds until the securing means 14. Therefore, for this purpose, it is simply open the curtain 32, and inserting the funds in the shipping station 14. Then the pneumatic network is controlled so as to directly transfer the funds to the securing means 14. It should be noted that, preferably, the installation is provided with sensors able to detect the integrity of the various constituent elements included in the constitution of the system, in particular of the flap, for the safe door, ... In response to receipt of a detect signal of one of the sensors, translating the existence of a malfunction, the CPU causes inhibition of the operation of the system.
