PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel adjusting system for an industrial gas turbine having a plurality of combustion chambers.

SOLUTION: A gas turbine control system and a method have a large number of fuel valves 60 for a large number of combustion chambers 16, and include optimizing a change in nitrogen oxides emission, dynamic pressure, and the air-fuel ratio by adjusting the fuel valves 60 to the related combustion chambers 16. A fine adjustment of the fuel valves 60 is used in the next place, and a change in dynamic pressure vibration, the nitrogen oxides emission, or the air-fuel ratio is maintained in a prescribed limit.
