The present invention relates to a method of joining through a drawing process of three or more pipes including a multifunctional pipe formed in the middle thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pipe with a multilayered structure, the method which not only improves functionality of the pipe with the multilayered structure, but also can remarkably reduce process costs by preventing shape deformation of the multifunctional pipe formed in the middle and minimizing deformation rates of the respective pipes deformed in the drawing process, thereby skipping a subsequent heat treatment process. The method according to the present invention, as a method of manufacturing a pipe with a multilayered structure including an outer pipe which is deposited in an outermost portion, an inner pipe which is disposed in an innermost portion, and an intermediate pipe which is disposed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe, comprises the steps of: inserting the intermediate pipe and inner pipe into the outer pipe; and reducing diameter of the outer pipe and expanding diameter of the inner pipe centering around the intermediate pipe using the drawing process, thereby mechanically joining the outer pipe and the inner pipe, wherein the drawing process is performed in such a way that plastic deformation of the intermediate pipe is prevented from being generated.
