CAPACITIVE INCLINATION DEVICE COMPRISING A PENDULUM
The invention relates to an inclination device comprising a base (20) provided with a suspension element (24), a pendulum device (10) which is suspended on the suspension element (24) so that the pendulum device can be displaced dependent on the inclination in relation to the base. At least one flat pendulum capacitor electrode (12, 13) is provided for detecting the capacity on the pendulum device and the base comprises at least one flat base capacitor electrode (22). The capacitor electrodes are arranged in relation to each other in such a manner that they are laterally opposite each other so that a lateral overlapping area is formed between the two capacitor electrodes, said area varying according to a deflection of the pendulum in relation to the base according to inclination. On the basis of laterally opposite base capacitor electrode and the pendulum capacitor electrode, an inclination sensor having a larger detection capacity per volume unit can be produced.
