TOTAL ISOLATION DEVICE FOR INVASIVE ODONTOLOGICAL PROCEDURES
A total isolation device (01a, 01b, 01c, 01d) for invasive odontological procedures is characterised by a tool in a single piece or with two flaps (02a, 02b, 02c, 02d, 02e, 02f, 02g, 02h and 02i) that rest on the rubber sheet and absorb the pressure applied to the tooth, and have various shapes, sizes and orientation angles, an auxiliary round isolating rubber (03a, 03b, 03c) and one, two or three fasteners (04a, 04b, 04c, 04d) for locking the tool and securing it to the tooth, allowing the flaps to be mounted and immobilised, and making it easier to place the device on all types of teeth and secure the device thereto, in particular teeth having lost a significant proportion of crown tissue as a result of caries or fractures, deciduous or permanent teeth, anterior or posterior teeth, large teeth, teeth with removable crowns, teeth prepared to receive forged metallic restorations or teeth having suffered any kind of trauma.
