Способ повышения урожайности озимой пшеницы

Способ повышения урожайности озимой пшеницы предусматривает обработку вегетирующих растений водным раствором этилового эфира 3-(2-метоксибензоиламино)-4,6-диметилтиено[2,3-b]пиридин-2-карбоновой кислоты. Обработку проводят в количестве 30 г/га в фазу кущения и 30 г/га в фазу флагового листа при норме расхода рабочей жидкости 300 л/га. Предлагаемый способ повышения урожайности озимой пшеницы при использовании этилового эфира 3-(2-метоксибензоиламино)-4,6-диметилтиено[2,3-b]пиридин-2-карбоновой кислоты обеспечивает прибавку урожая пшеницы более чем на 10% в сравнении с необработанным контролем, такое свойство используемого при обработке препарата выявлено впервые. 1 табл.

The invention relates to the use of gibberellin 7 (GA7) for thinning of stone fruit, wherein the use comprises applying the GA7 to stone fruit in a first year by foliar spray within 12 weeks after full bloom, to achieve thinning in the following year. The stone fruit can be peach, nectarine, apricot, cherry, mirabelle or plum, preferably peach or nectarine. GA7 is used or applied in the period of 4 to 12 weeks after full bloom in the first year. The GA7, if used in admixture with GA4, has relative amounts of GA7 to GA4 of 70% GA7 or more and 30% GA4 or less.

The present invention relates to a pesticidal composition comprising an effective amount of sulphur, an effective amount of at least one acaricide selected from the group consisting of bifenazate, fenpyroximate, fenazaquin, hexythiazox, spirodiclofen, spiromesifen and their salts thereof and at least one agrochemically acceptable excipient. 1. A pesticidal composition comprising sulphur in the range of 25% to 90% w/w of the total composition , at least one acaricide selected from the group consisting of bifenazate in the range from 5% to 15% w/w of the total composition , fenpyroximate in the range from 0.75% to 4% w/w of the total composition , fenazaquin in the range from 5% to 30% w/w of the total composition , hexythiazox in the range of 0.75% to 4% w/w of the total composition , spirodiclofen in the range of 2.5% to 15% w/w of the total composition , spiromesifen in the range from 2.5% to 12% w/w of the total composition , or their salts and at least one agrochemically acceptable excipient.2. The pesticidal composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is in a solid form or a liquid form.3. A high through-put screening method for identifying agents effective for inhibiting biofilm formation and/or killing established biofilm are disclosed. The method includes three tiers, and each tier includes three specific biological process assays. The tier levels are a primary screen, a confirmation screen, and a dose-response screen, and the biological process assays include assays for total bacterial growth, bacterial metabolic activity, and biofilm formation. The series of assays may be run once or more than once at each tier.
