Контейнер из воздухонепроницаемой плёнки для силосования кормов

Предложен контейнер для приготовления и хранения силосованного корма, включающий емкость из воздухонепроницаемой пленки, внизу, у дна которой герметично расположена жесткая вставка с внутренней резьбой для ввертывания в него клапана для отсоса жидкой фракции и воздуха из контейнера и внешней резьбой для присоединения внутри контейнера коллектора с отверстиями, необходимого для равномерного отсоса из силосуемой массы жидкой фракции (дождевая вода и сок). Коллектор выполнен из трубы и располагается по периметру дна на расстоянии ¼ длины от стенки контейнера. Отверстия в коллекторе имеют зенковку под углом 60° к своей оси, размещены в нижней части трубы попеременно то с одной стороны, то с другой стороны и расположены под углом 45° вертикальной оси трубы. Такое устройство контейнера позволяет при вывинченном из жесткой вставки клапане производить равномерное осушение силосуемой массы от жидкой фракции за счет просасывания через нее воздуха. После загрузки контейнера силосуемой массой и герметизации его горловины при ввинченном в жесткую вставку клапане отсасывается воздух, и контейнер отправляется на хранение. Силос из осушенной силосуемой массы получается высокого качества и без потерь.
