A beverage container for use in a holder having an outer wall and an inner wall which form a space therebetween for receiving the base of the beverage container. The base of the beverage container includes a substantially vertical surface disposed inwardly from the container outer surface and extending upwardly from the container lower surface. When the beverage container is within the holder it is easily removed therefrom in a vertical direction without frictional resistance. When the beverage container is tipped within the holder, however, it is wedged between the inner and outer walls of the holder and thus prevents the contents from spilling.

The bottle holder has a base 2 and a snap-fit attachment 15 which extend from one side of a support member 4. A handle 10 extends from the other side of the support member. A bottle is inserted into the bottle holder by resting the underside of the bottle on the base and then tilting the bottle so that the neck of the bottle attaches to the snap-fit attachment with a snap-fit engagement.

Portable holding device

A holding device comprising a holder designed to hold an object such as a beverage container, a tray extending laterally outward from the bottom of holder, and a stabilizing member extending downward from the holder and tray. In various exemplary embodiments, the beverage container is a mug with a handle, a soda can, or any other form of beverage container. In one embodiment the stabilizing member extends downward perpendicular to the plane of the bottom of the holder, and the surface of said stabilizing member may be textured. The stabilizing member may have removable extensions, and may extend downward from the middle of the holder or from one edge of the holder. The tray may be completely or partially removable.

Holder for flexible pouch container

Bottle mounting system including separable bottle and clamp

A bottle mounting system includes a bottle holder and a clamp. The clamp can mount to a variety of support members to provide a clamp mount extending either from a vertical surface of the clamp or a horizontal surface of the clamp. The bottle holder has both a rear mount and a bottom mount, each of which can be selectively mounted to the clamp mount depending upon the orientation of the clamp mount. Each of the rear mount and bottom mount of the bottle holder can be mated to the clamp mount in multiple orientations such that there are a large number of different configurations in which the bottle mounting system can be implemented.

An insulated carrier for a wine-containing bag having a tap through which wine is dispensed from the wine-containing bag includes a substantially flat bottom, a first sidewall and a second sidewall. A thermally insulating beverage holder that is easily customizable to include graphics, text, and/or photographs. The beverage holder comprises a lid, a base, a spine piece, and sleeve. The lid and base elements may be removably joined by the spine piece which holds the two elements in place and provides the proper spacing. The ends of the sleeve may be inserted into slots on either side of the spine piece with the lid and base fitting over the top and bottom edges of the sleeve, respectively. When the lid, base, spine piece, and sleeve are assembled, they define an interior cavity where a beverage container may be inserted.

A rack for carrying or displaying glassware or similar containers holding liquids such as beverages is disclosed. The rack has a planar portion, which may be defined by concentrically arranged wire rings, that supports several yokes around its outer edge. The yokes grasp the containers between outwardly extending arm segments. A straight post handle is joined to the center of the underside of the planar portion of the rack.

A cup holder with an adjustable depth includes: a cup-holder base, having at least one accommodation hole; a fixed cup holder, fixed in the accommodation hole of the cup-holder base; and a moveable cup holder, moveably sleeved over the fixed cup holder and capable of rotating around the fixed cup holder to ascend and descend, where during ascending and descending of the moveable cup holder, an inner cavity of the moveable cup holder and an inner cavity of the fixed cup holder jointly define a container placement hole for placement of containers of different heights. The present invention solves the problem that containers of different heights placed in the cup holder easily fall out when the automobile is accelerating, hard braking or travelling over uneven road surfaces. The present invention comprises a novel multi-mount handsfree beverage container holder system consisting of an attached mounting system and storage slot for small personal items. The mounting system may consist of a fixed or non-fixed attachment configuration to the beverage container holder. The mounting system contains adequate space for storage of small personal items. The counterweight may comprise of enough size and weight to counterbalance the weight of a beverage container when placed in the mounting system. The counterweight may also contain one or more small apparatus of adequate size to be used for opening a beverage container and in some embodiments may be comprised of a flat shape. In other embodiments, the counter weight may be of a concave or convex shape.

A mount assembly has an attachment component and a housing. The housing is hollow and has an interior and an exterior. The housing has a rear plate that is substantially rectangular, a top face, a bottom face, two lateral faces, and a front plate. The front plate is substantially similar to the rear plate and has an opening that has a keyhole and a slot. The housing also has a spring biased actuator and a detent that corresponds with the keyhole and is linearly biased toward the front plate. The attachment component is configured to be releasably coupled to the housing, and has a rear wall that is substantially similar to the front plate of the housing, and a post that extends perpendicularly from the rear wall. The apparatus may be held by a single hand allowing the user the opportunity to text or play games with the other. The apparatus may comprise securing straps to substantially keep the beverage containers in place as the beverages are tilted toward the user's mouth. The components of the apparatus may be adjustable to allow for beverage containers of all shapes and sizes. The apparatus may stand on its own without spilling the beverages when not in use. The present invention is a novel soft-sided beverage insulating device and system intended to be an improvement over prior art. The invention is designed to envelope, wrap, hold or otherwise secure a container with liquid content. The invention improves upon the prior art by improving upon liquid content temperature control, an over-cap or cap for protection of or to reseal a liquid content container, a frame to support a geometric shape and provide a compartment for novelty electronics such as LED lights or other low voltage electronics. A beverage cooling device for the rapid cooling of the content of canned or bottle beverages is provided. The beverage cooling device is a handheld device that easily engages the top of a can or beverage. The beverage cooling device includes a housing with side walls for mounting a motor. A container engagement member is attached to the motor along the bottom side of the housing such that it is able to freely rotate within the side walls of the housing. The container engagement member is attached to the drive shaft of the motor such that it is able to rotate when the motor is actuated. The container engagement member includes, at its center, a central gripping member for gripping the top of containers with long narrow necks. The container engagement member further includes peripheral gripping members for engaging containers having tops of larger circumferences, such aluminum beverage containers of varying sizes. The motor is actuated by an on/off switch. Beverage cup thermal sleeve and methods of manufacturing are disclosed. The sleeve is fabricated from a two sided cardboard material and includes a hand protector portion and a cup interfacing portion. The hand protector portion is obtained by scoring the cardboard along multiple groves thus forming multiple facets. When the sleeve is assembled and installed onto a cup, these facets provide multiple holding surfaces for a hand. The cup interfacing portion is disposed on top of the hand protector portion and includes multiple tabs. The tabs are formed by multiple cuts in the cardboard and folded over along a top edge of the hand protector portion. Adjacent tabs are configured as having different shapes and/or dimensions so as to enable a better contact between the cup and the sleeve and to provide for an easier opening of the folded sleeve when inserting onto the cup. 1. A protective sleeve for a beverage container , the sleeve including:a hand protector portion including multiple planar facets; anda cup interfacing portion disposed on top of the hand protector portion and including multiple tabs;wherein: the tabs are formed by multiple cuts in the cardboard and folded over along a top edge of the hand protector portion; andwherein when the sleeve is placed over the container, individual ones of the multiple facets provide multiple holding surfaces for a hand.2.
