A method , comprising:receiving, by a system including a processor, sensor data associated with a monitored individual;determining, by the system, from the sensor data a biological trend of the monitored individual;detecting, by the system according to the biological trend, an incapacity of the monitored individual; andgenerating, by the system, an alert indicating the incapacity of the monitored individual.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein responsive to the detecting the method further comprises:submitting a prompt to equipment used by the monitored individual;receiving from the equipment a response to the prompt, the response generated by the monitored individual; anddetecting the incapacity according to the response and the biological trend.3. A method of detecting and measuring true human peak performance and the flow of wellbeing using wearable or embedded sensors that detect human calibration to high resonant frequencies (“flow state”) in the human mind, heart and body and determine associations with anything that may have correlated or influenced a flow state and methods for sharing inner value with those associations. In various embodiments, an alert personalization application personalizes in-vehicle alerts. The alert personalization application estimates an increase in a negative emotion associated with an occupant of a vehicle based on at least one characteristic of the occupant. In response, the alert personalization application determines that the first alert characteristic should be replaced with a second alert characteristic. Cerebral palsy impaired speech in children and adolescents are effectively treated by administration of a psychostimulant. Low doses of the psychostimulant significantly (p=0.0025) increases the percentage of correctly pronounced intelligible syllables or words and the ability to more intelligibly communicate (p=0.0309). There is provided herein a method for treating/diagnosing a speech/language related pathology, the method comprising: introducing a speech sample provided by a user to a speech/language machine learning (ML) classifier, wherein the ML classifier is trained with non-pathological/normal speech, applying novelty detection algorithms to compute a similarity measure, and based at least on the similarity measure, computing an output signal indicative of a speech/lingual quality of the user. 1. The method of claim 1 , wherein the ML classifier applies deep neural network (DNN) support vector machine (SVM) claim 1 , (k-nearest neighbors) KNN algorithms or any combination thereof.3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the DNN algorithms comprise recurrent neural networks (RNNs) claim 2 , convolutional deep neural networks (CNNs) or a combination thereof.4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising tagging the speech sample as normal if the similarity measure is at or above a predetermined threshold and tagging the speech sample as abnormal if the similarity measure is below the predetermined threshold.5. A medical apparatus for estimating a mental/neurological disease with high precision is provided. This medical apparatus includes a computational processing device, a recording device having an estimation program which causes the computational processing device to execute processing recorded therein, a calculation unit configured to calculate a score of a subject, a detection unit configured to detect a disease whose score exceeds a reference range, and an estimation unit configured to estimate a mental/neurological disease. 1. An apparatus which estimates a mental/neurological disease from voice data of speech of a subject , comprising:a computational processing device;a recording device having an estimation program which causes the computational processing device to execute processing recorded therein;a calculation unit which creates a feature quantity from a second acoustic parameter associated with a disease in advance and calculates a score of the subject using the feature quantity and a first acoustic parameter and in which the first acoustic parameter is calculated from the voice data acquired from the subject;a detection unit which sets a reference range on the basis of the feature quantity and detects a disease whose score exceeds the reference range; andan estimation unit which estimates the mental/neurological disease when the detection unit detects one or more diseases.2. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein candidates for the mental/neurological disease include an Alzheimer's disease claim 1 , Lewy body dementia claim 1 , a Parkinson's disease claim 1 , major depression claim 1 , atypical depression claim 1 , and a bipolar disorder and the second acoustic parameter correlates with the selected disease candidate.3.
