Negligible-sized wireless-tags with sensors are implanted in such materials-of-interest. Using wireless communication and imaging technology, the states of the materials-of-interest may be monitored; which may allow non-invasive and contactless detection of problems such as cracking, bending, excessive pressure, improper temperature, and/or the like. A connection device for connecting a prosthesis structure with an implant structure comprises a holding shell and a retention insert. The retention insert comprises an end side and a substantially ring-shaped retention rim projecting therefrom. The holding shell comprises an end side and a substantially ring-shaped holding rim projecting therefrom. The holding rim and the end side of the holding shell form a retainer in which the retention insert can be arranged such that an outer surface of the retention rim is adjacent to an inner surface of the holding rim. Moreover, the outer surface of the retention rim is at least partly spaced from and adjacent to the inner surface of the holding rim when the retention insert is arranged in the retainer of the holding shell and when essentially no radial forces are acting on the holding rim and on the retention rim. In that the adjacent outer surface of the retention rim and inner surface of the holding rim are at least partly not contacting each other but are spaced from each other when essentially no radial forces are acting on the holding rim and on the retention rim, it can, i.a., be achieved that the retention insert is connected relatively loosely with the holding shell when the connection device has not yet been placed on the implant structure. This loose connection can allow the retention insert to be relatively easily removed from the holding shell and inserted in the holding shell without having to be substantially deformed or strained in any other way. Thus, it is possible to insert and remove the retention insert gently, which can improve the flexibility and lifetime of the connection device.

The present invention relates to a dental sand blast operating lever. More specifically, to improve adhesive force by covering a prosthesis to the outside of teeth during tooth treatment, powder is sprayed to the inner surface of the prosthesis by air to fix an operating lever such that a coarse operation can be performed on the inner surface of the prosthesis for a long time. A lifting lever is provided so as to ascend up and down by a spring in a lever tool. A sliding groove in a horizontal direction is formed on an upper portion of the lifting lever. A reciprocating lever moving along a sliding groove is provided to be fitted to and separated from a hanging groove. A stop hole is formed in a lower portion of a body of a pressing hole, and an air pipe can be opened and closed by the pressing hole formed at the lower part of the lifting lever. An operator can push the reciprocating lever while pressing the lifting lever to fit and fix the reciprocating lever to the hanging groove of the lever tool, and thus the operator can continuously spray air and powder without continuously pressing the lifting lever. Therefore, air and powder can be uniformly sprayed onto the inner surface of a prosthesis. According to the present invention, it is possible to solve a conventional difficult problem in which an operator should evenly spray powder and air in a desired direction while continuously pressing a lifting lever. Also, the present invention has an advantage of improving workability by reducing fatigue of an operator even if the inner surface of one or more prostheses is continuously operated.

A dental anchor magazine housing a dental anchor therein is disclosed, where the dental anchor is for anchoring a superstructure to a tooth. The dental anchor includes threaded sections and an L-shaped manipulating end section joined together by frangible reduced thickness portions. The dental anchor magazine includes a body member having a conical front end, and a square shaped rear end for rotating the magazine about its longitudinal axis. A centrally located passageway extends longitudinally through the body member to receive the dental anchor therein. A slot extends transversely through the body member into communication with the passageway for longitudinal movement of the manipulating section of the dental anchor therein. A pair of notches are provided in the wall of the slot for receiving the manipulating section of the dental anchor to prevent movement of the dental anchor towards the rear end when the forward end of the dental anchor is being initially threaded into a channel of a tooth, where the forward end of the dental anchor extends outwardly from the front end of the body member when being threaded into the channel. The square shaped rear end of the body member is engageably received in either a manual holder for manual rotation thereof or a handpiece holder for power rotation thereof by a dental handpiece. Both the manual holder and the handpiece holder include a pin member for advancing the manipulating section to a first one of the notches.
