Группа изобретений относится к способу и установке для очистки потока сырьевого газа, содержащего по меньшей мере 90% CO 2 , предпочтительно 95% CO 2 . Способ очистки потока сырьевого газа включает следующие последовательные стадии: a) стадию подвергания потока сырьевого газа каталитическому окислению с получением как минимум одной кислотной примеси (HCl, NOx). Следующая стадия b) поддержания температуры потока газа, поступающего со стадии a), выше наивысшего значения из точки росы воды и точки росы кислоты или кислот, содержащихся в газе после каталитического процесса. Далее стадия c) удаления по меньшей мере части кислотных примесей путем помещения потока газа, поступающего со стадии b). Следом стадия d) отделения кислотных конденсатов от потока газа, поступающего со стадии c), с помощью сепаратора, устойчивого к коррозии, таким образом, чтобы получить поток газа, обогащенного CO 2 . Также представлена установка для осуществления способа очистки потока сырьевого газа, содержащего по меньшей мере 90% CO 2.
