The punch (10) and the matrix (12) of a press tool are normally equipped with a spring loaded stripper plate and ejection pad which are made from metal. When the tool, fixed to a pillar block (1, 2, 3) is set up on a press, a sheet of expanded polyurethane is placed between punch (10) and matrix (12) after which one cutting stroke of the tool is required. This places a cut out from foam inside the matrix to form an ejection pad (18). The remainder of the polyurethane sheet locates itself around the punch to function as stripper plate (19). This method allows a reduction of the overall height of the tool as well as a simplified setting up procedure.

Технический результат заключается в повышении производительности разборки электромагнитных реле, исключении ручного труда. Указанный технический результат достигается за счет того, что штамп для выдавливания стальных деталей и разрушения основания электромагнитного реле характеризуется тем, что имеет заднее расположение направляющих колонок и втулок, содержит верхнюю подвижную плиту с пятью пуансонами, нижнюю неподвижную плиту с матрицей, установленной на опорной плите, пуансоны выполнены двух видов, четыре пуансона в виде двух цилиндров, соединенных буртиком, и два пуансона в виде цилиндра с буртиком, цилиндры служат для крепления в верхней плите, матрица выполнена в виде П-образной призмы с вырезами на рабочей поверхности, на которой также закреплены два левых и два правых упора, служащие для установки и базирования основания электромагнитного реле, при этом левый, правый и задний и защитные экраны неподвижно закреплены на верхней подвижной плите, а передний экран подвижно закреплен на матрице. A punching method comprising:punching out a plurality of electrical steel sheets in a stacked state by a mold, whereinsheet thicknesses of the electrical steel sheets are set to be 0.35 mm or less, a Vickers hardness (test force 1 kg) of the sheets is set to be 150 to 400, and an average crystal grain size of the sheets is set to be 50 to 250 μm,a clearance of the mold is set to be 7% or more of a minimum sheet thickness of the sheet thicknesses of the electrical steel sheets and 7% or less of a total sheet thickness of the electrical steel sheets, anda pressure that a sheet presser of the mold applies to the electrical steel sheets is set to be 0.10 MPa or more.2. The punching method according to claim 1 , wherein the sheet thicknesses of the electrical steel sheets are set to be 0.25 mm or less.3. In the second step, the ring-form member is punched from a coil material by pressing a tip end portion of the inner cylinder and a tip end portion of the outer cylinder against the coil material. The punched ring-form member is formed and quenched by further pressing a tip end of the inner cylinder against the ring-form member while the ring-form member is held between the outer cylinder and a forming die. According to the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing an end cap of a heater core in a vehicle includes a blanking mold having a blanking punch blanking a metal plate to form a base metal plate; a pipe cap drawing mold having a pipe cap drawing punch drawing the base metal plate to form a first uplifting portion having a shape corresponding to a shape of an end of a pipe for coolant flow; a header tank cap drawing mold having a header tank cap drawing punch drawing the base metal plate in which the first uplifting portion is formed to form a second uplifting portion having a shape corresponding to a shape of an end of a header tank for temporarily storing the coolant in the base metal plate; a piercing mold having a piercing punch piercing a center of the first uplifting portion to form a penetration hole for inserting the end of the pipe; and a trimming mold having a trimming punch trimming an edge of the second uplifting portion to cut a strap portion at the edge of the second uplifting portion.
