Способ получения термостойкого радиопоглощающего покрытия и состав для его нанесения

Изобретение может быть использовано при создании покрытий на нагревающихся деталях. Способ получения термостойкого радиопоглощающего покрытия включает подготовку состава, его нанесение и нагревание. Подготовку термостойкого радиопоглощающего покрытия осуществляют путем смешения связующего на основе органосиликатной композиции и радиопоглощающего наполнителя. Радиопоглощающий наполнитель, представляющий собой суспензию углеродных нанотрубок с добавлением ферроцена в растворителе, подвергают ультразвуковому воздействию. После нанесения состава на поверхность его нагревают до температуры 500-600°С со скоростью не более 10°С в минуту и выдерживают при этой температуре не менее 3 часов. Предложен также состав для нанесения термостойкого радиопоглощающего покрытия. Abrasion resistant glass fibres, and glass fibre textiles produced from rovings containing the fibres, are produced by (a) coating the fibres with a substance which converts their normal hydrophilic character to a hydrophobic character; and (b) impregnating the roving with a binder containing fine particles of a solid organic polymeric lubricant, the fine particles being held in place between the fibres of the roving by the binder, which bonds to the modified surface of the fibres. Textile composed of glass fibres normally have a poor resistance to abrasion, and this has limited their use, in spite of other advantageous properties possessed by these textiles. The present methods gives glass fibre textiles with a much improved resistance to tearing, without harming the other advantageous properties.

Optical devices which include the resulting structures of this invention exhibit improved light extraction and illuminance where the nanoporous organosilicate film has a low refractive index in the range of 1.05 to 1.4, serving as an impedance matching layer in such devices.

Certain example embodiments relate to a coated article including a coating formed from a sol that has hydrophobic surface properties. The sol may include a mixture of at least two alkylsiloxane chemicals, with the sol potentially being aged for a certain comparatively short amount of time before being wet-applied to a major substrate surface. The application process may also undergo a certain comparatively short curing process to help provide hydrophobic surface properties. Disclosed herein is an inventive low-temperature curable antireflective (AR) coating produced by a single layer sol gel deposition process comprising a low-temperature curing step, whereby temperatures well below 100° C. for under 8 hours result in highly robust AR coatings having excellent transmittance and abrasion resistance. Optical, mechanical and chemical properties may be tuned by adjustment of the formulation of the wet coating solution. In this way, the inventive AR coating is able to provide enhanced mechanical and moisture resistance, as well as superior optical performance that can be optimized to suit a particular environment. The innovation advantageously enables applying AR coatings to substrates installed in the field, allowing passive heating of the substrate by sun exposure to provide the heat for curing the inventive coatings outdoors. 1. A single layer energy transmission enhancement coating , comprising a composition of 60-100% silicate , 0-20% siloxane , and 0-20% solid silica nanoparticles having a size range of 5-200 nm , and exhibiting an abrasion test result of over 65% when said coating is subject to an abrasion test consisting of 2000 strokes with a 1 cm×1 cm felt pad with 500 g of force over the coating and having a HAST result of over 95%.2.
