The invention provides a grease composition for lubrication of a sliding surface made of resin, including a fluorine-based base oil and a synthetic hydrocarbon oil as a base oil; a fluorine-based thickener, and a lithium soap thickener or a lithium complex soap thickener as a thickener; and an extreme pressure additive as an additive. The invention also provides a sliding member including a sliding surface made of a resin wherein the grease composition for lubrication is applied to the sliding surface made of a resin. 1. A grease composition for lubrication of a sliding surface made of a resin , comprising:a fluorine-based base oil;a synthetic hydrocarbon oil;a fluorine-based thickener;a lithium soap thickener or a lithium complex soap thickener; andan extreme pressure additive,{'sup': '2', 'wherein the synthetic hydrocarbon oil has a kinetic viscosity at 40° C. of 30 to 220 mm/s.'}2. The grease composition according to claim 1 , wherein the extreme pressure additive is at least one selected from the group consisting of a phosphorus extreme pressure additive and a macromolecular ester extreme pressure additive.3. The grease composition according to claim 1 , wherein a worked penetration is in the range of 265 to 340.4. A sliding member comprising a sliding surface made of a resin wherein the grease composition according to is applied to the sliding surface.5. A method for improving wear control of a steel surface lubricated with a lubricating oil through the generation of thick tribofilms. The method includes: (i) using as the lubricating oil a formulated oil, the formulated oil having a composition comprising at least one lubricating oil base stock as a major component; and at least one lubricating oil additive, as a minor component; and (ii) forming a tribofilm on the steel surface. A method for improving wear control, while maintaining or improving deposit control and cleanliness, in an engine or other mechanical component lubricated with a lubricating oil by using as the lubricating oil a formulated oil. The resulting grease composition is an extremely low noise grease, being virtually clear of any urea thickener particles, and/or can exhibit good high temperature resistance and mechanical stability.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a lubricating agent for mounting or releasing a tire bead, the method comprising: mixing an alkaline electrolyzed water with a lubricant component. A tire and wheel assembly method, comprising: applying the above lubricating agent onto a contact surface of the wheel with a tire bead, and thereafter assembling the tire onto the wheel having had the lubricating agent applied thereon. A method for dismantling a tire and wheel integrated together, comprising: causing the above lubricating agent to seep onto a part of a contact surface of a wheel and a tire bead, and thereafter releasing the tire from the wheel. The provided is a lubricating agent for mounting or releasing a tire bead allows mounting a tire easily onto a wheel, at a bead seating pressure of 300 kPa or less; leaves little residual component after mounting; and enables easy releasing of a tire from a wheel. The present invention provides a tire and wheel assembly method and dismantling method in which the lubricating agent for mounting or releasing tire beads is utilized.

A delay period may involve the period of time it takes to adjust the temperature of the mixture, a period of time during which the mixture is held at a temperature or within a range of temperatures, and multiples and any combination thereof. These calcium sulfonate greases have improved thickener yield and high dropping points compared to greases made without added alkali metal hydroxide and delay between the additions of water and a non-aqueous converting agent, particularly when a poor quality overbased calcium sulfonate is used.
