During automatic regeneration, when a gate lock lever 5 is in a locked state and work is not performed, the exhaust gas temperature detected by the exhaust temperature detecting device 37 may be lower than the threshold value, so temperature-rising assistance is started as follows. The minimum engine output PS 1 (pump discharge pressure P 1 and pump discharge amount Q 1 ) is brought to engine output PS 2 (pump discharge pressure P 2 and pump discharge amount Q 2 ). In this way, a hydraulic load is applied to an engine to thereby increase exhaust gas temperature. When the work is resumed during the regeneration, an operator pulls down the gate lock lever to the first position A, and the engine output is returned to PS 1. Thus, the temperature-rising assistance is stopped, however the automatic regeneration is continued.

The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic system for a construction machine having an electronic hydraulic pump, and more particularly, to a hydraulic system which temporarily drives the construction machine when an operation of an electronic control unit controlling an electronic hydraulic pump is abnormal, particularly, when the electronic control unit is not able to perform a control because an operative amount of a joystick input to the electronic control unit is not normally transmitted to the electronic control unit. 1. A hydrualic system for a construciton machine , comprising:electronic hydraulic pumps which are pressure control type variable capacity pumps;a plurality of main control valves configured to selectively control a movement of working oil discharged from the electronic hydraulic pumps;a plurality of working machines and travel motors driven with working oil supplied from a main control valve corresponding to each of the plurality of main control valves; andan electronic control unit configured to control a discharge flow rate of the working oil of the electronic hydraulic pumps based on flow rate signals of the electronic hydraulic pumps and an operative amount of a joystick,wherein when the electronic control unit is not able to perform a normal control due to a failure of transmittance of the operative amount of the joystick to the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit performs an emergency control of permitting the electronic hydraulic pumps to discharge the working oil with a maximum pressure by outputting predetermined pressure control signals to the electronic hydraulic pumps, andthe electronic control unit performs a predetermined control of a swash plate angle of permitting the electronic hydraulic pumps to discharge the working oil at a predetermined flow rate and at a minimum pressure when the joystick is in a neutral state during the emergency control.2. A fuel-efficient hydraulic fluid has a lower viscosity than a standard hydraulic fluid, a pressure loss decreases, and thus, when control based on a standard model is exercised, the speeds of various actuators increase. A control method for driving a ripper , in which the movement of a ripper attached to the rear of the body of a bulldozer is controlled , said method comprising:a first step in which it is detected that ripping work by the ripper has ended;a second step in which a first control of pulling the ripper out of a ground and a second control of tilting back the ripper are selectively executed when it is detected that the ripping work has ended.2. A system and method to diagnose the operational health of a hydraulic accumulator are provided. The system can include a hydraulic accumulator selectively coupled to a hydraulic actuator, such as a swing motor. The accumulator can be charged by movement of the actuator. A pressure sensor can be associated with the accumulator to determine an accumulator pressure. A controller can be connected to the pressure sensor. The controller can determine a charge curve based on a relationship between an actuator operational parameter associated with the actuator movement and the accumulator pressure. The controller can compare the charge curve to a previously defined charge curve or range to determine an error between the charge curve and the previously defined charge curve or range. The degree of the error can be associated with the operational health of the accumulator, and if too large, the operator may be notified of the status.
