Ce tuyau (10) permet de pousser l’eau afin de nettoyer et remplir une viscosité (12) devant la valve (3).  Le dispositif selon l’invention est destiné à économiser la consommation de l’eau pour un usage écologique. The device is universally applicable and does not leak water even if the packaging loses elasticity. The device can be installed by the user thereof as the installation is just as easy as that of the replacement flap in any currently commonly used discharge valve.

A dual mode flush valve includes a handle assembly having a handle, a bushing and a plunger. The bushing has a sleeve with a passage therethrough for mounting the plunger for sliding and tilting. The passage is defined by first and second partially overlapping bores that coincide at the inner end of the sleeve and are spaced one above the other at the outer end of the sleeve. The bores define a horizontal plunger travel axis and an angled plunger travel axis. Depending on which direction the user actuates the handle the plunger will travel along one of these axes. Travel along the angled axis will lower the plunger tip, allowing earlier clearance of a relief valve and a reduced flow through the flush valve compared to actuation with the plunger travel along the horizontal axis.

A syphon-operated closet bowl flush tank of the kind comprising an inverted bell (10) containing a liftable plunger disc (12) to initiate syphon action has a flush control valve (14) comprising a tubular body part (16) mounted vertically in the top (18) of the bell and extending above the bell. The valve further has a stem (20) movable in and guided by the body part, is shaped to define a flow path (22) through the body part, and has lower (24) and upper (26) portions extending respectively below and above the top of the bell. The body part has a downwardly facing valve seat (25) inside the bell and the stem has an upwardly facing valve seat (31) co-operating with the downwardly facing seat to make a valve closure. An inverted bell float (38) is provided on the top of the stem. The body part includes a spring ring (30) carried in a flange (23) of the tubular body part so that the valve can be fitted to an existing bell by access from only the top of the bell. The valve permits the tank to be fully flushed or partially flushed depending on whether the plunger disc is retained lifted for the duration of the flush or is lifted and released immediately after the flush starts.
