The present invention relates to a device to adjust a height of the support legs of an access floor panel to support a panel separated from a floor of a building as much as a predetermined interval for electrical installation. The device to adjust the heights of the support legs of an access floor panel comprises: a height adjusting block which is movable on a floor of a building, and has an inclined surface which supports a lower end of the support legs to adjust the heights; a hook protrusion to support the support legs wherein the hook protrusion protrudes from a lower end of the inclined surface; and an insertion member inserted between the support legs and the hook protrusion to prevent the support legs from descending at a predetermined location. The horizontality of an access floor panel is adjusted by conveniently and finely adjusting the heights of the support legs which support the access floor panel.
