The engine has a suction tube leading to the engine and an exhaust pipe leading from the engine, while the system includes a recycle line connecting both the exhaust pipe and the suction tube, and a control mechanism. Disclosed is an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve for a vehicle which achieves regulation of the flow rate of exhaust gas introduced into an engine and the flow rate of fresh air. The EGR valve includes a fresh air flow channel, an EGR flow channel connected to the fresh air flow channel and a valve unit configured to open or close the EGR flow channel and to selectively block the fresh air flow channel according to an opened/closed state of the EGR flow channel. The valve unit includes a first valve to open or close the EGR flow channel and a second valve arranged at one side of the first valve at a different angle from an arrangement angle of the first valve.
